This is our resident fawn in the backyard at Rockwood.
The Mama was hit by a car and died in our backyard,
about 2 weeks ago.
We just hope this little one will remain on our side of the highway so it will not be hit too.
These were all taken one week ago today,
but we have not seen it since then.
UPDATE: Jimmy saw the deer tonight (Monday) when he pulled in the driveway.

you have never seen one take off in the opposite direction.
