Harrisburg Covered Bridge

Saturday Jimmy and I went to the
Great Smoky Mountains National Park to see the wildflowers.
There were lots and I will be posting photos from Saturday soon.We didn't know there were going to be thousands of old cars in Pigeon Forge.
We went so early it didn't really affect us, but when we were ready to return home the traffic from Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge was sitting at a stand still.

So we decided to take a side road and see where we ended out.
You never know what you might find when you do something like this.
We found a covered bridge. About a month ago Betsy at Joyful Reflections had asked me if I had seen the covered bridge. I never knew we had a covered bridge in east Tennessee until Betsy asked me.
Don't know if the sign would have caught my eye if Betsy had not mentioned to me earlier. Thanks Betsy, it was worth going to see.
