Cades Cove Missionary Baptist Church

These were taken this past Tuesday (October 14) at Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

The last 3 are all the same photograph, I changed it to Sepia and Black & White. Which do you like the best?

Palmer Chapel in Cataloochee Cove - GSMNP

Palmer Chapel was the only church in the cove. The land was deeded by Mary Ann Palmer in 1898. The booklet says the church was built the same year, but notice the sign. This is the view from the current road, which seemed odd to be looking at the back of the church.
Ends out the front was facing the creek, and the old road follow the stream.
