October 28, 2010

the sewing has been put on hold due to the school holidays, can't wait to finish these two Lewis pieces.
thank you for your comments about the sneak peek from the new collaboration. the cushions will be ready soon so before conclusions are drawn i can tell you I have been working with talented British designer Sally Nencini.
I was really smitten with the cushion i purchased from Sally in the summer and immediately asked her if we could do something together.
it has been a real pleasure to be able to meet up and come up with some designs, hope you'll like the results.
Aside from her machine knitting work, Sally also makes beautiful upholstery pieces, and embroidery work with husband Peter.
check out Sally's shop here

we're off for the weekend so wishing you already a good one x

thank you to everyone who visited the shop on Friday!

October 14, 2010

hello and sorry about the delay
the shop will be updated tomorrow Friday 15 October at about 2.30pm British summer time with
Lewis, Lumi in limited edition, some spooky doudou kits, and two May doll in their autumn outfit
and maybe some bags
hope to see you then x

please note after much thought and conversations i have had to review the prices of the dolls
to reflect a little bit better the time and care put into making them.
I do wish to continue making dolls all by myself and therefore in limited quantities and to do so
there has to be an increase in the price. thank you for your support xx

Does anybody remember Spooky doudou?
he is one of the first creatures i made a few years ago, i got him out of the archives this week to do some silk screen printing.
I have been wanting to do a kit for quite a while, this is the first attempt.
I will be trying a few more things before deciding what to put in my shop - which badly needs updated.
Wish i could have been there last night..
have a lovely weekend everyone x
