Mothers Day

So far i'm doing well with one of my 101 things to do in 1001 day's. These are personal challenges, projects I want to try and small tasks that I want to accomplish over the next two & a half years in my personal, professional & social life.
One of the items was to make all of the celebration cards in the month preceding the event, so far I have managed to keep on track, I know that it is only March & I only started the project on the 1st January 2012, I also know that said list is still a work in progress.


So I thought I would share with you one of the "on track cards" my Mothers day card that was posted early as I wasn't running around like the proverbial headless Chicken.

 This is a similar style to the Love card I made last week using the lovely papers from the Sale-a-Bration called Everyday Enchantment.

Nurses, and such.
They'll do anything for you
Because they love you so much.

They'll listen intently,
Without saying a word,
And they won't think your problems
Are weird or absurd.

A mother's intuition
Is powerfully strong.
With unconditional love,
Her heart sets the tone.

She'll help solve your problems,
If you'll ask her to,
Because she knows, in her heart,
"That it's what mothers do."

Mothers are angels
Sent from God, up above,
And, next to our Savior,
There is no greater love.

So, this Mother's Day,
I'll just send out a prayer
Filled with gratitude and love
For all mothers, everywhere.
