It's time for a new challenge in Club KennyK and this time I've combined the KennyK newsletter Freebie with a lovely flower from Petal Lu for the Petal Lu Challenge (you did know you get a freebie each month for signing up to the KennyK newsletter).

Here's Bathing Beauty from KennyK with a beautiful small bloom from Petal Lu's Lucky Dip Collection. It was actually the bloom that determined the colour of her swim suit!

Petal Lu Challenges

New Releases at KennyK Stamps

It's new release time at KennyK Stamps and this time I've been cheeky and combined my creation for the new Flowers challenge at Club KennyK with my creation for Petal Lu Challenges who's theme is also Flowers. 

I chose to use the new Happy Hour. I loved the original, but love this one even more! She's so elegant, but fun at the same time. I've paired her with some lace from Brenda's Lace and Ribbons and some flowers from the Lucky Dip Selection of Petal Lu Blooms

It's hard to catch the shimmer on her dress on camera. I added a touch of Wink Of Stella for that subtle sheen. I mean every girl's favourite cocktail dress should have a lovely shimmer eh.

I love the lace and these flowers. They're so pretty!

It's time for a new release at KennyK Stamps  and what a release it is! If you need an image for a classy gentleman in your life you've got them! As always there's a challenge going on for the next 2 weeks over in Club KennyK.

There are three new images - Old Time Bartender, Sophisticated Gentleman & Winery Background. I loved them so much I couldn't resist using all of them.

Firstly here's Old Time Bartender.

I've had that gift card for over a year! Unfortunately it's empty, but I knew it would come in handy for  a card at some point. and this seemed the perfect one! I now just need to wait for the right recipient and I'll add some money to the gift card and there we are  - sorted. 

I just love the expression on his face!

The sentiment from the Fiskars Quotes 'Make a Wish' stamp set. I doodles the border myself (as you can probably tell from how wobbly the line is :P

Inky Fun with KennyK & Make it Crafty

I had such fun with this card combining elements from two of my favourite artists. Da Bomb is the new freebie for members of Club KennyK (have you joined yet? if not why not????). I've combined her with a background made with Dylusions Sprays and the funky Grunge Word Chipboard from Make it Crafty. Fun or what!

This is the Grunge Word Chipboard from Make it Crafty. I coloured it with my Prismacolor pencils. The pencil colour sits on the top of the greyboard rather than sinking in as ink does so it's lovely & vibrant.

I made a card using Dynamite Dog, the Brick Wall Smash Background & some of the sentiments from the set. It's my Husband's birthday today & I really hope he'll like this. I'm sure it will make him laugh. How fun is this!!!

I really really love these comic book style sentiments! I'm going to use them so often! 

Bricks bricks so many bricks!!! I'll be colouring bricks in my sleep I think, but I love how they've turned out!

Here's Dynamite Dog - he looks so pleased with himself! You know how dogs are - they're so enthusiastic about everything and whatever they're doing at any one moment is 'My Favourite' to be doing. I think him as as Super Hero dog is just perfect :D

I added a couple of layers of Sakura Clear Galze pen to the sentiment to bring it back to life.

Now you know I said it was a digital layout? It really is - from sideways on you can see it is completely flat! It's amazing the effect some well placed cast shadows can give :D

My Favourite KennyK creation

To celebrate the launch of the new KennyK Facebook Group and the updated KennyK Stamps store we're having a party over at the new Group

On the 15th we're launching the first challenge of the year from now on they'll be hosted in the  KennyK Facebook Group rather than the KennyK's Krafty Krew Blog . Each day from the 1st till the 14th one of are showcasing their favourite KennyK Stamps creation of all time. 

Today is my turn. I've been part of KennyK's Krafty Krew for nearly a year now and have loved every minute. It's such a great team to be part of and the KennyK images are so much fun to play with. I had to think long and hard to choose my favourite creation, but in the end picked this Downton Inspired frame I made back in August.

The scene is 8x8 and the frame is 12x12.

A Christmas Tipple with KennyK

It's the last challenge of 2015 at KennyK's Krafty Krew and it's Anything Goes.

I made this wine bottle gift tag using Stud Santa.

I do love colouring KennyK's hunky men - they're such fun.

Ooooo I could look at him for ages!

I cut the tag and  Stud Santa on my Silver Bullet Cutting machine.

The sentiment is typed in Bellwethers font & printed.

I added holly leaves & border by doodling - something I't not often brave enough to do.

There's wonderful news from the KennyK family. Little Miss KennyK has arrived :D

This one had me coming out in a cold sweat I must admit! I love pearls and lace but really struggle to make anything with them. 

It's good to challenge myself so I made this fun Wedding Card.

I used Wedding Dance. It's such a fun image.

I added some Ribbons and lace ribbon. I coloured the white ribbon and lace with my R83 so they co-ordinated with the rest of the card,

I added a row of pearls along the ribbon and in the corners of the card. 

The backing paper is from the Prima Jodie Lee Designs Fairy Belle Collections 6x6 paper pad.

I decided to be completely mad and made a band scene using characters from the Rock Squad on a background made from the stage and curtain from Make it Crafty's Theatre Digi Elements.

Kenny I took inspiration from your Band. Yes I know they won't all look right, but the idea was there.
