I was a digi paper virgin

Hi there cuties!
OMG! I know I say this all the time but time REALLY does fly by!
My youngest, Ella, is already turning two this thursday.

I made her a birthday card and Ive been longing to use this beautiful stamp from Magnolia again and I think its perfect for this occasion. I inked her using my Copic Sketch markers on PCP paper.
The patterned papers are designed by my treasured and amazingly talented friend Michele Roos. To learn more about news, upcoming products and her own beautiful creations you can read all about it in her Michele R design blog. If you want to buy her paper (oh believe me you sooooo do ;)) you will  do right in visiting her very own Michele R easy shop.  I know you guys probably think Im such a wimp for missing out on the whole digi paper business but believe me I have been walking around thinking this was difficult and that I would need a hight tech printer. But now Im no longer a digi paper virgin! YAY!
One day I came across an utterly gorge product picture of one of her latest designs I simply couldn't resist anymore. So I had to write her a few lines and I asked if the papers had been released for a company too. Some of her paper pads has been and I knew of this so I had to ask. But no! Im so happy I got around to playing with them because it was so simple! And fun too!
I used almost every paper in this pad called Vintage fall (isn't it just divine?!)

I will go shop more soon, I just needed to show you this in case you missed it, like I had ;)
And a little secret: although Im sure nobody missed it - Ive been experiencing a little lack of mojo lately (read BIG ;)) and these did the trick!

Id also like to add this card into the current challenge over with the talented ladies at the Copic Marker Sweden blog. Theme is absolute perfect for lazy summer days as its "Anything goes". See you there?

Before I go I also would like to show you some close ups:

Thank you so much for visiting me!
Lots of love

MDUC: Tic tac toe

Good (late) evening!
Welcome to my place :) Im here tonight to let you in on all the deets you need to join the fun of this weeks challenge over at Magnolia Down Under. This weeks theme is a lovely one - I love it! Its a splendid game of tic tac toe!
Here´s the sheet:

I managed to use all but poor little Edwin. I really don't think there is enough light shining on him but one of my pretty Tilda stamps won the battle this week too ;) This is cutie "Tilda binding flowers" and I colored her using my di pads on 300 g watercoloring paper. Tilda is placed inside a spellbinder die and I frantaged all edges using the shabby green. The patterned papers is utterly lovely and is also from Magnolia. So is that huge amazing butterfly in the right upper corner. The cute heart charms was a gift from my very treasured friend Chelsea.

Im hoping Ive inspired you all to join in our game of BINGO.
If not you should bounce by the MDUC blog to look at the amazing creations made by my teamies! They have outdone themselves once again!

Midway reminder for CLP

Good morning fellow crafters, friends and followers!

I hope you are all doing fine? I can´t believe we are headed towards autumn with huge steps now! Its been an awesome summer in Sweden though and our vaccy week in Turkey was amazing but still...being the summer lover I am its a bit tough the thought of a looong autumn and an even loooonger  winter before things are looking up again. Please..I don't want the usual comments like: "Oh, but hun...it is so awe to be able to sit in the sofa (I don't know about you but I do that all year long...?) and just enjoy a good tv show (eh hello? During summer its communion singing on tv - is that during autumn maybe?) and look at those amazing candles. (Again..I enjoy candles on my patio as often as the swedish summer allows it and during summer you can stay outside all nite if you like...) Im aware there are people that enjoys autumn because the trees are so beautiful as the leaves turn. Okay, so you are right about that BUT! Im a full-time mum and hardly get to actually look at the trees AND..that lasts like 2 minutes in Sweden...after that its here...the dreaded raiiiiiin...leaving leaves everywhere you're going and let me tell you - that eventually smells...not good! ..and the raiiiin...doesnt ever stop...until its snow...
urgh..you get the picture ha? Oh come on mother nature, please keep it summer for a while more?!

To keep my summery feeling a bit longer I created a really summer like card for the midway reminder over at the CLP Challenge blog. Adorable Chelsea always creates THE most amazing sketches for us all and here´s what the one for august looks like:

Isn't that just gorge? You simply have to come join us, promise! You do not want to miss out. Sketches are an amazing thing, I find that following an actual sketch cuts my craft time in half for each card. Its great the feeling of not having to think on my own (at least some times ;)) And with a sketch like this, who can really go wrong? If you need more inspiration my amazingly talented teamies has created some beautiful creations, check them out here

Okay, so this is one of my fav Tilda's, I know I say that almost every time but it is! She´s one of those that has grown on me, she was not amongst my first batch from this collection ;) She is just so cute standing there with that cross on her chest and the arms behind her back.
The frantage I used is the shabby pink one and I sprinkled it a little here and there. Its around Tilda, on the sentiments I cut out with Magnolia Doo hickeys, the beloved little cherub, the key and some of the edges of the patterned papers. The sentiments are so loved by me, I use them a lot, you can find them in the Little Darling Rubberstamp store. Tilda is inked with my Copics. The patterned papers are also Magnolia. Oh and let me tell you: I´ve used a LOT of goodies I was lucky enough to recieve from dearest Chelsea the same day as I decorated this card. The cherub is hers, the cute, cute small flowers (I bet they are handmade!), the lilly, the lace and the cute to the boot key! Thank you Chels, I loooove it all!

I hope you will like my make and I have maybe inspired you to take the step and join us?
I hope to see you there! Lots of love

Happy 1st birthday Ella

Hello there crafters!
Long time no seen ;) Im enjoying vacation here, sadly I cant brag about the stunning summer weather with a beaming sun so I wont...;) I hope I will get to enjoy it soon though.
Its sunday and my turn to host the inspirational post over at the Live and Love Crafts blog. As you all know by now we have been swooning in birthday celebrations for a couple of weeks now and today Im showcasing the last bday creation. Some of you may know that about the same time LLC was born the most adorable little baby girl (not that I am biased ;)) was born too, our little Ella. With this card we will wish her a first happy birthday!

Ive used the most cute little girl image I could find, isn't she just stunning? She is available via the Wee stamp store and is named Angie. OMG...my heart can really pound at the sight of a stamp I love and  this made my pass out a little ;) lol! Angie is inked with my Copic markers. Im still going into the "zone" when Im inking. Poor family tries to talk to me and Im just mmmm-ing. ;) Its so out of my comfort zone but Im having fun! And without practice I wont get anywhere ;) I still have a loooong way to go but Im happy my inklings goes onto creations now so Id like to think there has been some progress.
These beyond gorge papers from Pion Design are part of my all time FAVORITE paper collection, the "Studio of memories". Just look at those lush flowers on that 6*6 paper I used! Talk about making my heart skip a beat. Ella has always been very into music and every time she hears a tune she starts digging. The big metal music note is the perfect addition for her card, I added some shabby pink embossing enamel to that and the other metal ornaments, such as the love charm, the metal roses and the lovely number one embellie I added close to the image. And of course...I just had to use another one of those utterly beautiful frames from Melissa Frances again. They are addictive!
I love that they are not that big, they fit onto a card really well. As always Ive added all the products Ive used with the Inlinkz gallery at the end of my posting.

Heres some more close ups:

Thank you so much for looking in today! Make sure to stop by again tomorrow cause thats july 1st and we are announcing a new challenge! YAY!
Lots of love

GDT Krea Teja

Hi everybody!
So many amazing things going on in my crafty life atm, huge new release for Wee stamps yesterday, check my post here, and today Im doing my first posting as a honored GDT for the dutch web shop Krea Teja. If you haven't heard of them they have an awesome range of products in stock and a lovely Krea Teja blog you just have to go visit.

Finally I have had the time to ink up this cutie from Magnolia found here. She is colored with my di pads on 300 g watercoloring paper. The lovely frame is by Memory Box dies and is called Tiffany. I have also used a Magnolia doo hiceky called Lovely wings and then embossed them with Shabby pink frantage and added some rose color fragments to them. You can also see Ive added some of the Shabby white frantage around my Tilda image. The beautiful papers are from a Glitz paper pad 6*6 called Hello Friend. And now for my absolute fav Krea Teja embellishment the amazing ribbon from Maya Road in the color Mauve. Isn't it stunning? To finish off my list of products I have also used some distress ink distress crackle paint in the colors picket fence and tattered rose and the lovely heart charm with rhinestones.

I hope you will like my creation. Its so much fun to be a guest dt! Im hoping Thea and the rest of the talented girls in her dt will like it. Thanks for having me and its so exiting to be back again soon. Today is also my oldest daughters birthday - six years old! Man, time sure flies when you're having fun ;)
