I finished her last Sunday night.  Here she is:

 I've now completed all my yearly goals.  My half-yearly goals look pretty shabby, I'm not even close on those.  So here's the goal wrap up so far.

Complete one more page (at least) on Goblin Tree, Pages 1 - 12 complete.   Completed page 13 & 1/3 of page 14.

Way Past Due for an Update

Hello Wonderful Stitchers!  

It's been a long time since I posted an update, I know.  Rest assured that I've been behind the scenes running the blog and keeping up with buddies, etc.  I read every post.  You guys are awesome.  The beautiful work displayed here always amazes me.  I want to thank each and every one of you for your contributions.  Breathtaking work, all! 

I have a couple of wips to show.  I have 11 HAEDs started, so it's not easy to keep everything moving along.  But that's nothing new to you peeps, you all have so many gorgeous pieces on the go!  I'll just share a few of the ones that I have made some progress with this year.

First off there's the QS Freebie for this year, Fragile Heart.  I've completed pages 1 - 4.  Don't mind the dirt marks!  I was stitching on it outside by the pool this Summer, and DH got ashes on her (it was breezy), it will wash out.  Stats:

Next up my progress on Goblin Tree.  As you know, this is a retired chart from Linda Ravenscroft, so it's worked on every 5th week during the retired artists SAL on the board.  Pages 1-14 Complete.  Stats:

Still No Page Finishes

I haven't posted in a while as i have not been stitching, but my mojo came back and this week i went back to mermaid, i am stitching two pages at once, so i finish the top row, but i am getting fed up of all the black.

I really wanted to stop with all the black and finish page one of Dreaming on the Farm, as I need to see some bright colours!

And i am STILL on page one of fragile heart even though some have finished page 2, i really need to pack in my three jobs so i can stitch more! lol

Fragile Heart - update (SAL) by Chrizette

I am taking part in the HEAD SAL and am having a wonderful time.  I decided to stitch Fragile Heart and the picture above shows what she will look like.

I had to do a little bit of frogging this week but I made up for it by almost completing all of the black on page 1, only a few more rows to go.

 

I have still not received my color threads that I have ordered almost two months ago.  I am worried and confused.  I am receiving other packages but just not cross stitching packages.  Come on Mr Postman!

Fragile Heart

First, I want to say that everyone's work is amazing. I love looking through and seeing all the pretties. So many different works of art, different styles, etc. Eye Candy! Thanks for sharing all your beautiful work. I don't always comment, but I DO always drool!

Fragile Heart - HEAD SAL

I am part of the stitch-along on the HAED Bulletin Board this year and I chose to do FRAGILE HEART.  Here is what she will look like eventually (I hope) full of beautiful vibrant colours.

 I ordered all the pink threads yesterday, so it will take a while for it to reach me here at the south-end of the world but at least I have black - so that is what I started with.  Here is how far I came this weekend.
