Hello my friends!

I am happy today to show you the 8th full page of my work on XMas. This page took a long time to stitch as it was quite difficult, there were many color changes. And it was a little larger than the others (1,176 crosses over the other pages). I was happy when I finished. I just started a new page, it's the head of the snowman. I look forward to drawing his head with cross stitches!

I welcome all the new embroiderers to the blog and congratulate you all on your embroidery, each more beautiful than the others!

Here is the photo of my 7th finished page. I started this embroidery 8 months ago and I am only embroidering this one. So I still have about 17 months to complete it. But I like it so much!

I am happy to show you today my 4th page completed! Four months and 4 pages completed. It will therefor take about two years to fully embroider. I'm motivated, I love her so much!

Hello,
My name is Valérie, I live in France. I am 34 years old, married , and I have 3 children, ages 6,8, and 10.

I have been embroidering since 1991. I've been embroidering this Santa since June, 2008, with a Belgian friend who is on this blog, with pauses in my stitching. Each time I embroider 300 crosses, I take a photo of my work and I show it to my French and Belgian embroidery friends, met on the Internet. I am going to try to show you my advancement every week.

I love HAED and as soon as it is finished, I plan to begin another HAED! I am very happy to be part of your blog and I look every day at your photographs, your works are really splendid.
