Klobbackan luontopolku / Nature path

 

Vein Virven ja Matin Kopparnäsiin, mutta nyt uuteen kohteeseen. Olimme saaneet kuulla edellisenä päivänä tästä Klobbackan kierroksesta, eikä kehut pettäneet. Oli aivan ihana luontopolku.

I took Virve and Mati to Kopparnäs, but now to a new destination. We had heard about this Klobbacka nature path the day before, and the praise did not disappoint. It was a wonderful nature trail.

Parkkipaikalta lähdettyä kävelimme ensin ”maalaistietä” pitkin reitin alkuun. Oli selkeät oranssiset reittimerkinnät puiden rungoissa, mutta taisimme sittenkin eksyä kallioilla, jolloin edessä oli haastavampia nousuja ja laskuja. Mutta ei se haitannut. Reitillä oli mukava bongata niitä merkkejä. 

After leaving the parking lot, we first walked along the "country road" to the beginning of the route. There were clear orange route markings on the trunks of the trees, but I think we got lost on the cliffs, so there were more challenging ascents and descents ahead. But it didn't matter. It was fun looking for signs in the trees.

Mitkä näköalat. Täällä söimme eväät.

What a wonderful views. We ate packed lunch here.

Koska tämä reitti kiertää niemen, niin meri oli lähes koko ajan näkyvillä. 

Reitti koostui niin kallioista kuin myös alhaalla rannalla kävelystä.

Since this route went around the headland, the sea was visible almost all the time. 

The route consisted of walking along the cliffs and down the beach.

 Loppumatka oli osaksi metsäpolkua. Meidän kävelemän kierroksen pituudeksi tuli n. 3,5-4 km.

The rest of the trip was part of a forest path. The length of the tour we did was approx. 3-3.5 km.

Edelleen Kopparnäsissä / Still in Kopparnäs

Kopparnäs on todella kiva ja kaunis paikka ulkoilla.

Siellä on myös monia paikkoja, joissa voi viettää päivää.

Kopparnäs is a really nice and beautiful place to be outside.

There are also many places where you can just spend the day.

Siirryin toiselle levähdyspaikalle, jossa oli uimaranta.

I arrived at another resting place with a swimming beach.

Outdoor toilet. Each place has a different toilet.

Perheenkuljetusajoneuvo.

A family transportation vehicle.

Oli neljän miehen joukko, jotka valmistautuivat vesipiipun polttoon. En heitä kuvannut, vaan sain luvan ottaa kuvan tästä piipusta. Itseasiassa, en ole koskaan nähnyt näitä muualla kuin elokuvissa.

There was a group of four men preparing to smoke a hookah. I didn't photograph them, but I got permission to take a photo of this hookah. In fact, I've never seen these ones than only in the movies.

Ensimmäinen näköalapaikka oli Rävberget (keltainen neliö), 

toinen kohde uimarantoineen oli Sandfjärden (kartan yläosassa).

The first viewpoint was Rävberget (yellow square), 

another target with swimming beach was Sandfjärden (at the top of the map).

Kohta sataa! Ja niin kävikin. Kun pääsin moottoritielle, alkoi sataa kaatamalla. 

En ole aikoihin ollut autossa niin rajussa rankkasateessa, eteen ei juuri nähnyt muuta kuin edessä ajavan auton perä- ja jarruvalot. Minulla kävi tuuri, kun ei satanut vielä silloin kun olin kävelemässä.

It will rain soon! And that's what happened. When I got to the highway, it started to rain hard.

I haven't been in a car in such a heavy rain in a while, you could hardly see anything but the tail and brake lights of the car driving in front. I was lucky that it wasn't raining while I was walking.

Vieraslaji, joka on hävitettävä. Minusta lupiini on kaunis kukka tienvierustoilla.

An alien species that must be exterminated. Still I think lupine is a beautiful flower on roadsides.

Kopparnäs

Luontoretkellä Porkkalassa (kohde nimeltä Kopparnäs). Ensin ylhäällä kallioilla... 

On a nature hike in Porkkala, Kopparnäs. First up on the cliffs...

...ja sitten laskeuduin alas rantaan.

...and then I landed down on the beach.

Luontopolulla / On a nature path #2/2

Saavuimme meren rantaan, jossa on myös Lähteelän venekerho. 

Ilma oli lämmin, niin mikä sen mukavampaa kuin hieman oleskella täällä.

We arrived at the seaside, where there is also the Lähteelä boat club. 

The weather was warm, so what could be nicer than staying here for a while.

Ystäväni tyttären vene oli laiturissa, ja kävimme tervehtimässä ja joimme kahvit veneessä.

My friend's daughter's boat was at the pier, and we went to say hello and drink coffee on the boat.

Vesipiste. / You could drink water from here.

Takaisin kohti parkkipaikkaa.

Back towards the parking lot.

Parkkipaikan lähellä oli kiva puusee.

There was a nice outside toilet near the parking lot.

Kuin myös vanha hirsimökki. Tokko tuolla asui kukaan.

There was also an old log cabin. I think no one lived there.

Olimme liikkeellä ystäväni autolla, kuis ollakkaan se on myös micra. Ja väri on punainen.

We were driving my friend's car, she has also Micra. And the color is red.

Luontopolulla / On a nature path #1/2

Lähteelän luonnonpuisto ja mukava luontopolku löytyi Kirkkonummen Porkkalasta.

Oli todella kiva paikka, vaikka matkaa oli hieman enemmän, eli vähän yli 30 km ja todella mutkikas tie. 

Mutta ajaminen kannatti.

A nice nature trail was found in Porkkala. The distance was ab. 30 km and part of the road 

was very winding. But it was worth it, there was a great place waiting for us there.

Aikansa kun käveltiin, saavuimme Sundsin lintutornille. Jostain syystä minua alkoi hirvittää korkeus, ja kapusin vain puoleen väliin. Täältäkin oli jo mahtavat maisemat, mitä lie tuolta aivan huipulta. Ensi kerralla sitten.

After some time we walked, we arrived at the Sunds bird tower. For some reason I started to get scared of heights, and I only climbed halfway. There were great views from here too, but what about from the very top. Next time then I'll climb.

Porkkalanniemessä

 

Aloitimme loman ulkoillen Porkkalanniemessä Kirkkonummella.

We started the holiday making outdoor recreation in Porkkalanniemi in Kirkkonummi.

Ensin kävelyä metsäisessä maastossa...

First, a walk in a forested area...

... kunnes saavutimme meren. 

...until we reached the sea.
