The First Sunday in Advent 2010

Hello everybody- have a wonderful Advent - I have a feeling I'll have one - even though I'm still in winter lair!  But I've been scrapping!  I just love papercraft - scrapping and cardmaking and creative matchboxscrapping.  The first time a saw this Matchboxcalender by Tracie Hudson I just knew I had to make one - one day or two!

I've used paper from 3ndypapir - fantastic Norwegian paper.  Flowers from the drawer - metallcharmes from Unik Hobby - The Scrap Store in Hamar City!

I've painted the insidewalls! of all the 24 matchbox with white Pebeo High Viscosity Studioacryl - paper from Papirdesign on the matchboxfloor!

Diamond Glaze from Judi Kins has been with me the whole project!

The walls are made in Bazzil - just Bazzil!  And the rubonswords are from Cosmo Cricket

Snowflakes from Spellbinders - white snowpaint from Adirondack Rangers.  I've made snowflakes in shrink plastic - enjoyable - try it!

Stamp from Kort og Godt - love their stamps!

All my flowers are beige or white - theese I've colored with Tattered Angels  Glimmer Mist Tattered Leather

The Cinnamon did I buy in Moscow, Idaho, USA last summer!

I've used Diamond Glaze on the God Jul / Marry Christmas!

Thank you for dropping by - have a wonderful Advent - and do not forget to enjoy...

FØRSTE FREDAG JANUAR

Scrapbook Express - the pink forum - had
"half holidays" scrapbooking relay race
arranged by Ruffa

I always do the relay races, al though I'm a very slow scrapper. This picture is taken by a photographer in Elverum. The Holter family has a lot of familygroup pictures.
And I am - one lucky girl - having them all

We had to redo a sketch of Ingvild Bolme She is just marvellous with flowers. Im not.
We had to start with white cardboard and the paper should be in only one color.
I used The Wonderland Collection from Cosmo Cricket. I love their papers.
The swirvls! are from Inkadinkado - they are so fragile! Embossed in white.
The flowers are covered with clear and golden embossing - having made some retro flowers in The Wonderland Paper. The pinebranches are made by a lovely McGill punch Covered with clear stickles from Ranger I also used some Prima Bouquet Flowers painted in Cranberry color with Acrylic Paint Dabber from Adirondack The letters are Maddie from QuicKutz painted in Cranberry color too. I've inked all parts with my best scrap friend; Versafine Vintage Sepia.
Thank you for beeing with me to the end - have a wonderful Evening!
