Paper Sweeties March 2019 Release Rewind

Welcome to the Release Rewind for Paper Sweeties!
I hope you've enjoyed all of the inspiration these past few days
from the talented design team!
We've been sharing our projects using the brand new
Get Well stamp set with matching Sweet Cuts dies.

Today I have a bright and colorful shaker card for you!
I filled my shaker window with several of the tissue boxes
from the new stamp set and lots of fun sequins.
I stamped, colored and cut out the tissue boxes in
rainbow colors so that I could use them inside
my shaker window.
The Cupcake Sprinkles sequins were the perfect addition
to this bright and colorful get well card!
The shaker window is made from the largest circle from
Although the Get Well die cut words are hard to see in the
picture since they are light in color, they really
sparkle in person and look great on the Doodlebug patterned paper!
The paper pad is called Hoppy Easter and is filled with fun
colorful paper perfect for a get well card!

Good morning and welcome to the New Release Party for Paper Sweeties!
This month the design team is sharing projects with you
using the brand new Get Well stamps with matching
Sweet Cuts dies!

For my card today I decided to use the Bee Happy stamp set.
I thought the happy butterfly would be the perfect
sunny pick me up for a get well card!
I popped the happy butterfly up on a
The Get Well matching dies have the words
"Get Well" in a large fun font and they looked
great on top of some bright Doodlebug patterned paper.
The fun flowery paper is from the Hoppy Easter paper pad.

For my card today I used sweet Emma holding a box of tissues
from the new stamp set.
I stamped a sentiment using a combination of
some of the words from the new stamp set as well.
Bright Doodlebug patterned papers are a must for any
Get Well card! These papers are from the Simply Spring collection.

The Ton Stamps February Challenge

I'm back today to join in the fun today over at The Ton stamps.  Their challenge this month is to make a project using the word heart ❤️ as the theme.
With Valentine's Day right around the corner there are a ton of Love themed cards to see right now, however my heart card is a get well card for a dear friend who is sick.  I used the timeless peonies stamp as the main focus of my card and this stamp set has a huge WOW factor!  After all the layering it truly looks like gorgeous vintage wallpaper!!

Once I got all the stamping done, I cut the panel out with a rectangle wonky stitched die from Mama Elephant.  I love that stitched look, it really finishes the card off nicely.
I layered an intricate lacy die from Stampin Up over the top and finished it off with a "get well" die cut sentiment from Queen and Company.  I layered the gold sentiment on black card stock to give it a shadowed look.  I also added 3 hearts from an SU border punch with the same shadowed look.
Here is my card
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great day!
