SPOOKY

Early Halloween card using the Festive and Bright  158536 Stamp and Die Set.  This Bundle is featured in the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog on page 64.  The unique die set can be used to cut the right or left side or the entire garland like I have used here on my card of witch's hats and brooms.

I used my favorite item out of the entire catalog the black and white gingham ribbon I've already had to order another roll. I doubled it with some Fresh Freesia.  The card base is black and is stamped with Spooky along the right side in VersaMark, but I'm not sure it shows up on camera.  Spooky is then heat embossed in white on a gray background.  The shape was cut using one of the dies in the set and then  popped up on the card .  The garland is colored with blends on crumb cake cardstock.  The stamp is rather long so I used my Stamperatus to stamp it to make sure I got a good image and besides I didn't have a long enough block.

Hope this little Halloween tease gets you in the mood for more Halloween crafting.  Lots of SPOOKY products in the catalog to choose from take a look at kimogden.stampinup.net and if you find something that you just gotta have remember it's Sale-a-bration and $50.00 will get you a FREE item.

PEACEFUL DEER TAG

Today I would like to share a tag I made using the Peace Deer Bundle  156331 on page 26 of the July-December Mini Catalog.  It includes a stamp set and a punch. The coordinating  DSP can be found on page 8 of the Sale-a-bration catalog.  If you purchase $50.00 of products it's FREE.

This tag would be perfect for a masculine gift all year long and it was easy to make.

Crumb Cake card stock base desired size
DSP cut using stitched rectangle dies
punch stamped deer and antlers from stamp set with Memento ink
Cinnamon Cider Blends and Ink
Stamp sentiment and snowflakes with Cinnamon Cider ink on Crumb Cake strip
Evening Evergreen Ribbon

Put it all together and you've got a simply gorgeous gift tag. This would be easy to make in bulk.
I did the math and if you just purchase the products to make this tag you would have enough to met the $50.00 minimum to get the FREE DSP.
I'M just saying.

Love Blossoms # 2 Stampin Up Challenge Series

Ready for another project?
Everyone likes to give candy hearts for Valentine's Day so I decided to make a treat box to fill.

I used the Love Blossoms suite again and some of the 2015-2017 Designers Series 138432 paper in Watermelon Wonder.  I really like the script paper.
It was really simple to make here it is

I used the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit 140551 for the foil heart and the wood veneer heart.  I punched a small heart from the Blushing Bride glimmer paper 140550 using the Itty Bitty Accents Punch set 133787.  The sentiment and banner were stamped using the the Bloomin' Love Stamp Set 140643 and Watermelon Wonder ink 138323.

The dimensions on the box are DSP cut 5 1/2" x 8 1/2".  Score in portrait or vertical position @ 1" on both sides. Turn to landscape or horizontal position and score @ 1" and 3 3/4" on both sides.
Using a bone folder crease on all fold lines.  Trim at an angel the tabs on each side. To put the box together put adhesvie on each tab and then attach the sides to from the box.
I got this box from Chick n Scratch she also has a video which is easy to follow.

Check back soon for a new project and if you missed my first post just scroll down for my Stampon' Up Challenge.
