Wow it has been so long since I had the chance to write something down. Lots and lots of great experiences and many of such a good time we had throughout this past time. Since I last posted here, I never really got the chance to do as I was planning and to write some of our holiday funs down… but no need to feel sorry for me I was only busy doing some more of a great time =0). And anyway, since now it is super raining outside I will take this chance to start over from our first Aussie visit at the land of Victoria which was nice, especially the great opportunity we had to actually watch the sweet smallest penguin in the world coming out of the water and walking just a few cm from us =0) that was the sweetest thing ever!!!! If you happened to be around Phillip Island you must see these sweet little creatures!!!

From there, we took a flight to the very beautiful Tasmania.

I had such a great time there, it was such a nice surprise for b me to find out about this place. We rented a car there and drove all around the country. It was very beautiful (and frizzing cold) with lots of great fun time!!! I am having a new love now = Rain forests =D. Among all the beauty around, we had a huge fun getting to know all the wild life animals that they have there, such that we have never seen in person before or elsewhere in our side of the world.

Yay! Opening the Kiln

Porcelain and ceramics earrings and pieces of jewelry making is a looooooooooooooooooooog process, sometimes I find myself complain about the time it takes, and sometime… when I open the kiln I am soooooooooooo happy lol, I act like it is the first time it happened ever and I am so pleased with it =0)

So today, after a long sunny day, I went home and opened it – and Yayyyyyyy!!! I was very pleased with the results, and tonight I will make some very beautiful earrings out of it =0)

The smell of freedom =0)

I have been crazyyyyyyyyyyyy busy lately, gladly I can say most of it was good stuff =0)

Hopefully it is the end of our hard time and soon enough we will be on our vacation!!! (yay!!!!!) we are thinking of going to China, Thailand and the Maldives =0) this should be a great make up for all hard times for sure:0).

Anyway, as for my studio, I am crazy making earrings allllllll day long

Tomorrow we are taking a flight to the southest sunniest city in Israel for a wedding and a family short vacation weekend, this should be great fun.

Thank you for being in my life =0)

Thursday we had a great time!!!!!

5 of the arts and craft club friends came over to my place and together we made handmade cards.

The cards were addition to the gifts we made earlier each one at her own place. All of the gift are to hand out to the medical teams at the hospitals around Israel.

We had a great time – being together and making the cards!!

Today we went up to the northern part of Israel to visit the hospital at Nahariya. Over there we gave our cards with the sweet gift to the doctors and nurses over there. It was such a great honor to be able to be on the giving side and say this big THANKS to all of them who are doing great and hard job day to day.

So it was a very busy weekend but I am great full to have it!!!

Tomorrow is Purim Holiday =0) great fun!!!!!! My little one is going to be the cutest flamenco dancer =0).

Hanukah is over....

Hanukah is over :( I love this holiday why can’t it be more than 8 days?? Besides all the over over (over) calories amount from jelly doughnuts eating, I’m sure all we’ll approve of that (lol).

Anyway, back to life. I am waiting now for my kiln to cool enough so I will be able to take a peek, it is only bisque fire (first ceramic fire) but I have some finished work there too. And, as always I am having hard time staying patience…

And, since I have to keep my hands busy ( you know, just to keep the demons away) these are what I do when I don’t want clay dirt on my hands =) plus my little one adore these pictures and asked for me to make for her room (I haven’t decided on the colors yet, but I’m so happy she likes what’s her mommy’s doing).

Hannuka is Here!!!!!

Weekend was nice and quiet as I wanted for some time. Sometimes doing nothing is the best thing to do =)

The only thing we did do is to get my girl little a mouse… I don’t believe we actually did it, but she wanted it for the longest time, and begged for it for about every other second… so we gave up at last and got her new little white mouse (so now the counting at the house is 3 humans and 5 animals). She called the mouse “Cheese”, and as long as she’s happy I’m happy too.

Hanukkah is here!!! Finally!!! Every candle day is a party day – I love it!

This is going to be a great festive week!!!

This is something my friend ask me to make her. She wanted harmony and love eastern symbols, and also chose the colors.

Forum Meeting =)

Yesterday I had a great time!! We had the arts and crafts forum meeting. I have been the forum manager since 2003, and I have to admit that this gets more fun at every time!! I love to hear other ladies stories about how they found arts and crafts as a major love in their lives. And, the stories about the events or things that were leading towards the wonderful creations. So you must understand what a great time we all had there.

Usually we all make something at these meetings, sometimes for charity, sometime learning a new technique, and, what's most fun is that we trade hand made gifts there - I don't have pics of what I gave out - I didn't get the time for it, but I took pics of what I got =) in the spirit of the Hanukkah that is coming.
