Hey there, I'm popping in with Julie's, Waves of Color, CAS challenge through Splitcoaststampers. She wanted us to include waves of some kind on our projects. I had fun with Whimsy Stamps Pirate Boy since both my husband and son were "Pirates" in high school! I'm also including this into Julie, DTGD15justwritedesigns, and Kathleen's, DTGD15KathleenCurry, Dare To Get Dirty challenges.
The little guy was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White, colored with Copic markers, fussy cut then popped up on foam. The sky and waves were sponged with three different Memento inks then popped up for dimension. The boat and black wave were rubbed with Cloud White VersaMark to show light reflection. I guess that's it for me this week, stop back by next Sunday for my first attempt at hostessing a CAS challenge...I'd love for you to play along with us!

I absolutely LOVE this little girlie illustrated by Krista Heij-Barber for Whimsy Stamps! She's so cute, and I can't wait to color up the rest of the stamps I recently purchased! She was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White, colored with Copic markers, fussy cut then popped up on foam. The waves were also colored with Copic markers and a white gel pen was used to create the "foam".

Hey there, Cami and I got together for a play day. She's been gaga for these flip it dies for a while, and I had to see what all the fuss was about! OK, I have to admit...they were pretty cool and I even bought one of the dies so I can make my own flip it cards! We had so much fun, we thought we would make it a class at Memories of Time. It will be this Saturday if you're interested. You can sign up online, or call/stop by and Cami can help you get signed up. Sit back and relax, I've got a lot of pictures to share with you!
We'll be making a set of four Sizzix flip it cards and the box to hold them in. The little kitties are a set of Whimsey/Wee Stamps and they are adorable!
Here's a better picture of all of the cards. Cute, huh? Love that new paper...it's from Pebbles and this is the baby girl line. The boy line is as cute as the girls and both can be used for so many other projects than just baby! As you can see, we played with a lot of different dies in these cards!
Here's the matching box. Yep, that perfect bow was made on the Bow-it-All which I will demonstrate for you.
Ack...love that gingham paper! We'll do a little Copic coloring and even some paper piecing...check it out!
Here's the inside when it's flipped open. We left a little space for your personalized greeting!
And here's the rest of the cards...
This project also fits into the Perfect Paper Crafting Love Fest Challenge, Lots of Lovely Layers, over at Splitcoaststampers.

Hey there, I thought I would pop in before I head to my class and share a card made with Whimsy/Wee Stamps Easter Bunny. It's such an adorable image!
The image was stamped three times with Tuxedo Black. The first one was cut using the Out-of-the-Box with a Nestie technique, colored with Copic markers then set aside. The chick/egg and bunny's foot on the second image were colored, fussy cut then popped up on foam. The third image only the bow was colored, fussy cut then popped up on foam. Love the dimension of this card! The layout is an older Sweet Sunday Sketch (#200), and I broke out my Bow-it-All to make the perfect little bow! The flower centers and the paintbrush have Spica Melon pen for a touch of glitter.

Hey there, I'm back with the second Memories of Time class for the gals that are coming from out of the area. This time I've used Ruby from Whimsy/Wee Stamps. Isn't she adorable?
She was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White then colored with Copic markers. The layout is Freshly Made Sketches #118...clean and simple...love it! The flower is a My Favorite Things die that was cut from Neenah, colored with Copics then shaped with a stylus and soft mat.

Hey there, this is for my VSN challenge, Wow Me! The challenge is white on white...a colored image is alright (but only on the image). I used Whimsy/Wee Stamps Mountain Lily. She's so pretty! She was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah card stock then colored with Copic markers. Since it's for the VSN challenge, I went with a super easy layout.

Hey there, I colored up another of my new stamps from Whimsy. This cutie pie is called Penguin Chocolate Surprise...Crissy Armstrong did an amazing job of illustrating it!
The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White, colored with Copic markers, fussy cut then popped up on foam. The "dingle berries" on the end of the scarf were a little bit of a challenge to cut out, but I'm happy to say they all made it! *grin* The sketch is Freshly Made Sketches #113. Love the simple layout...I'll definitely use this one again!

Hey there, it's been a Friday play day for me...woot! I dug out one of my new stamps from Whimsy/Wee Stamps called Silver Fairy. What a beautiful image! I colored her up in fall colors today. Confession time...I bought the MFT Sunflower die yesterday and when I got it home, I realized I already had it! D'oh! So, instead of taking it back, I've decided to offer it as a little blog candy. Do you have it already? Are you interested in winning it? All you have to do is become a follower of my blog (if you aren't already) and leave a comment on this post. Want an extra entry? Follow me on Facebook and leave a comment on my One Happy Stamper page. I'll draw a winner on Monday...good luck!

The fairy was stamped with Tuxedo Black on Neenah card stock then cut out using the out-of-the-box with a Nestie technique. It's a really cool technique and you can find a great tutorial at Splitcoaststampers. The sunflower was die cut, colored with Copic markers, shaped on a soft mat with a stylus then Glossy Accents was put on the flower's center. That used to be one of my favorite products, and it's been forever since I used it. I forgot how long it takes to dry...sheesh! The layout is Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #197. LOVE Karen's layouts! I'm also entering this into the CMC Anything Goes #82 challenge.

Hey there, after coloring that cutie pie dragon from Whimsy, I couldn't wait to color another. This is Heidi...she was stamped on Neenah with Tuxedo Black then colored with Copic markers. The layout is from Karen Giron's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. Love the simplicity! Since I didn't use a sentiment, I love that this could be given for Christmas, a birthday, get well, missing you...

Hey there, I think I've overloaded you on gift card holders and matching gift bags, so how about a project that focuses on coloring? I recently made my very first Whimsy/Wee Stamps purchase...this stamp was one of them. I'm really excited to finally color a Sylvia Zet image! How stinkin' cute is that dragon playing in the fall leaves? Love!
The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah card stock then colored with Copic markers. I have to say, it was a little challenging to match the blue/green color of the dragon to the Doodlebug paper! I am really happy with the result though! I kept the design CAS (clean and simple) by adding a few banners and a single Taylored Expressions acorn die cut. The acorn was cut from Neenah then colored with Copics. The pieces were adhered together then shaped using a stylus and soft mat before being popped up on foam.
