Merry Christmas and See You Later!

Good Morning!!!!  A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU!!!!!

I also have some other news.  This will be my last post for One Crazy Stamper as a design team member.  I have chosen to step down.  I want to thank Lora and my fellow design team members for a wonderful year of being on the team and for all of your help and support.  I will miss you all along with all of the loyal followers here.  Okay.....moving on.....

The card I have made to show you today is a special one for me as it is my personal reason for celebrating today.  I used a stamp from the High Hopes line called Precious Nativity.  It is minimally embellished so the stamp can be the focus.

Christmas Penguins

Good Morning.  It is Wednesday and my day to share my creation here with you at One Crazy Stamper.  By now I would figure most of us are finished our Christmas cards, tags and other projects but there always seems to be the one person we may forget.  This was an "extra" card I made in case that person came to mind.  :)  It uses a stamp from the High Hopes Christmas Release and I kept it simple so that it could be used for a male card as well.

There is still time to enter the challenge of  "WINTER/HOLIDAY" for the month of December.  I know I enjoy seeing all of the great creations you make for us.  I will have a post for next Wednesday which is Christmas Day but if you miss it because of family commitments, I just want to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the year 2014.

Take care and keep crafting.

Party Penguin

Hello there.  Well we are exactly two weeks away from the big day.  Are you ready?  I can truthfully say I am almost ready and most of what I have left to do are little things.

Today's card once again follows our December theme of "WINTER/HOLIDAY".  My niece's son has a birthday two days before Christmas and this is for him ~ a partying penguin by Whimsy Stamps Meljen's Designs.

Merry Christmas, Eh?

Hello there.  Thank you for dropping in today to see what I have created for you.  It is, of course, following our challenge theme of "CHRISTMAS" this month, a Christmas card using an image and sentiment from High Hopes Stamps.  I made it for an American friend who believes that all we say in Canada is "EH?"  While I know I may have said it a time or two, it is not something I say continually or is it something I recall hearing all the time.  But it is a cute stereotype and works well here.

You still have time to enter the November Christmas challenge for your chance to win 2 stamps from Wild Rose Studio.  I have enjoyed seeing what everyone has made so far.

Have a wonderful Wednesday.

Girls Night Out

Hello and welcome once again to another "Wonderful Wednesday" here at One Crazy Stamper.  It is almost the end of the month so remember you have only a couple of days to enter our "THANKSGIVING/AUTUMN" challenge for your chance to win 2 stamps from Little Darlings.

I have a friend who is turning 40 next month so I had the perfect stamp from Your Next Stamp to colour up to help her celebrate.  It was fun to do. I paper pieced some of it and also used a few colours of Stickles and Pearl Pens to accent it.

Splendid Sunflowers

Good Morning and welcome to another Wednesday at One Crazy Stamper.  Isn't Fall a wonderful season?  I am just enjoying it so much and the weather is still clear and sunny yet just crisp enough for sweaters and fires in the evening.  I recently drove by a field of gorgeous sunflowers all ready to give away their seeds and that was the inspiration for the card I have to show you today.  It once again uses a stamp from the High Hopes stamp line called "Single Potted Sunflower".  I stamped it three times, twice close together on a sheet of Copic paper and once by itself to cut out and pop. It is a simple note card with no sentiment that could be used for any purpose.

Super Dragon

Good Morning.  Another Wednesday is here and my turn to show you a project here at One Crazy Stamper.  We celebrated my hubby's birthday on Friday and I have his card to show you today.  It uses a super cute image from High Hopes.  Lately they seem to have become my "go to" company for all of my stamping needs.  I bet you could find an image in their line for almost anything you wanted to make.

Fall Fun

Good Morning!  Welcome to another "Wonderful Wednesday" here at One Crazy Stamper.  The leaves are changing, the days are getting crisper and the apples are ready for harvest; must be Autumn/Fall.  And it is my favourite time of the year (besides Christmas, of course!)  I love to take lots of pictures in the Fall and that means lots of scrapbooking layouts.  I have one to show you today all finished using a High Hopes stamp; all I need to do is add pictures.

Snowy Tag

Good Morning.  Hasn't the last month been fun seeing all the Christmas projects using the High Hopes new releases?  If you have been inspired too you still have time to join us this month for our CHRISTMAS challenge.  But time is running out.

Today is my last Christmas post for this month. I am using the Snowy Tag stamp and I have two tags I have created ~ one is traditional and one not so much.

Copics Used:  TAG #1 ~ 0, B000, N4, N6, N8, N10, R24, R37, R89; TAG #2 ~ B02, B05, BV13, BV15, BV18, RV11, RV13, RV14, W1, W3, W5, W7

I paper pieced the scarf, hatband and fringe on tag #1 with paper and tag #2 with washi/craft tape.  Because I had used Copic markers on Copic paper you could see them on the other side of the tag so here is what I did:

The first tag is paper pieced with the matching paper and the second tag was covered with 3 different patterns of washi tape.  I like how both methods disguise the colors showing through.

Thanks for coming by.  Have a great day and keep crafting.

Woof! Woof! Christmas

Good Morning.  Glad you could make it for another "Wonderful Wednesday" here at One Crazy Stamper.  First, I just want to mention that I had an incredible time this weekend at the 12 hours crop and I am hoping if you are local that you can join us next time.  It was great to get to visit with Lora, her family, her staff, the guests that did "Make and Take's" and some of my Design Team sisters.

Now on to what you really are here for.  Christmas just keeps on coming this month and I have another cute High Hopes stamp to show you.  I know I mentioned last week that I enjoy using non-traditional Christmas colours and I have done that once again.  I also tried a new to me product Glitter Ritz and was pleased with how it turned out.

"SNOW" Wreath

Good Morning.  Wasn't that blog hop amazing yesterday?  If you missed it, scroll down to the next entry for the hop order.  You can still have a chance to win some prizes by leaving comments along the way.

We are continuing to feature the new Christmas releases from High Hopes.  Today I have a project to show you that is not a card using the SNOW stamp.  Sometimes I just like to use non-traditional colours for Christmas and that is what I have done here.  This can be used for an ornament on your tree or a wall decoration.

Good Morning.  Welcome to "Wonderful Wednesday" here again at One Crazy Stamper.  As we have all mentioned, for the month of September, myself and my design team sisters will be showcasing the Christmas release from High Hopes.  I have a card to show you today using Elegant Santa.  I see this Santa from the Victorian era so paired him with colours and a sentiment to match that.
