MONDAY

Here's how I've spent my morning...washing the glassware for the luncheon on Thursday.

I'm so thankful for these...gloves and a bottle washer!

Lots of glasses, but I've got 20-24 ladies coming and we're serving wine, as well as water or peach tea.

I had both dishwashers going too.

Now...it's time to dry the glasses and then move on to the next project. I'm getting everything clean and put on the dining room table and then I'm covering it all with a clean sheet until Thursday morning.

I'm movin' and groovin'....

It's that time again. Remember to do your self breast exam. Several months ago, through Rocks In My Dryer, I found Holy Mama's and boy does she have a good idea to remind us all to do breast self exams on the 17th of each month. (Her January 20th post explains why she started this.) As a breast cancer survivor myself, I know how important it is to do this every month and also to get a mammogram. I'm proud to be a member of Club 17.

I was going through my kitchen drawer the other day and threw out one of those scrubby things with a handle that you have in the photo. So, now I know what they're for...!!

You need some of those cute gloves I got at Target... prevents dish-pan-hands.
Do you remember that Palmolive commercial?

Have fun at your lucheon. That's alot of people to have over, but that's how we have parties also. I joke with my hubby we never have normal get togethers, they are always these huge things.

I was checking out your back splash ~ ex pen SIVE and BEAUTIFUL! I am trying to figure out how I can faux paint that, Ha!

Today I stripped the wallpaper off around that side of the kitchen. Now what to do?

You are movin' and groovin'! I love getting ready for functions way ahead of time if I can. I enlarged the photo and can tell that I love the dishes that were in your dish washer. Elegant aged look! My taste!
