Fabulous Fall!!

Fall is finally here and I'm loving it

there's not one thing about Fall that I don't like

I mean what's not to LOVE ...

crisp mornings, warm afternoons, cool evenings

the beautiful colors ...nature at it's very best!

Looking forward to taking my sweet Hannah

to the mountains very soon!!

She's growing so much...can't even believe it!

but that's about it...

I still have the rest of Fall/Halloween decorating to do this weekend

 I did get to my space at The Depot & Treasures On Main

for some Fall sprucing up...

with working a full time ( very busy ) new job ( that I LOVE!!)

Never Forget the precious lives that were lost.....



Hi fellow bloggers and friends!

I'm not going to apologize for having been away for so long...

after reading Elizabeth Maxton's post (which I totally agreed with )

I felt better about taking more time off this summer from the blog.

Don't get me wrong, I love blogging and I've certainly been

reading tons of posts this summer from all of you

I haven't been commenting as much

 but I do read!!

In my last post I wrote about how busy things had been

& all the celebrations I had coming up in the month of August

it was a full month for sure

I had something going on every week, every weekend

but it was wonderful

HOT but FUN!!

this was Ms. Hannah's Birthday Cake

chocolate of course...her fav!

It came from the Wal Mart Bakery and was delish!!

I just downloaded a pic of a Luau Girl party napkin and

took it over to the bakery...they scanned it and then changed the

little girls hair from brown to blonde

Ta Da! Perfect cake for her party!

My neice , Kayla, got married a few weeks ago

this is her dancing with my brother

the girls had to join in

Hannah is on the left, that's my neice Emma on the right

so cute!

it was a sweet rustic country wedding

I made the banner on the table...cute huh?

So now we're into September...

and I'm here...in Vero Beach, Fla

taking some long waited for vaca with my man

just look at this beach.....

there's hardly anyone here...yippie!

we have it all to ourselves

quiet

peaceful

tranquil

lovin it...lovin it

tomorrow will be a pool day...

( there's no one else there either....:-):-)

we've both commented on how

 clean and manicured everything is here

we watched the landscapers trim out some of the

palm trees yesterday...the grounds here are

beautiful

even with the afternoon storms...it's been a perfect vaca so far

and we have 9 more days!!!

Gotta go for now....

my baby is headed to the beach...

wait on me!!

I've been away for a little while 

but I've been keeping up with you

I've been away because I've been busy as well

I sure hope this weekend will bring some good news

for me on that front

I've done a little bit of junkin'

but I'm over due for a day trip with my junkin' buddies

hopefully we can get together for a fun day soon!

Miss Hannah is turning 3..THREE!!...in about two weeks

can't believe it

my sweet baby girl is a big girl now

full party planning is in swing for a Luau

August brings alot of celebrations for our family

My niece Emma is also turning 3

( she and Hannah were born exactly 24 hours apart)

My older neice Kayla is also celebrating a birthday and

getting married in a few weeks

a rustic country wedding is planned for Aug. 20

but I've missed spending time with

 my sweet man

so this weekend......

 I'm excited to be with him

at the beach
Our first real vacation in a long time

just the two of us

it's our home away from home

so for the next few days I'll be here

taking walks on the beach

reading

searching for sea shells

and just relaxing

I hope you are enjoying your summer

loving on each other

time goes by so fast

enjoy every minute
