As of now.....

Kristen has come over a few times to hang!  I sometimes hope that it's cause I am SO cool, but I am shortly reminded it's because my kids are so cute!!  I don't care...I like it!  She made her a princess and built her a castle that she could sit in.  She's obsessed!  She only wants to sit in the blocks now!

Sydnee is SO into blanket's right now.  She has her 2 fav's (from Nana) but she will find EVERY blanket in the house and drag it around.  It drives me crazy, but I am trying to let it be ok!  She get's my wash clothes and wraps them around her monkey and Winnie the Pooh so that they too, can have a blankie!  I can also tell when she is hurt or tired, cause all she wants is her "bwanky"

If she passes gas she looks at us matter-of-factly and states "I fart!"  If we "toot" she looks at us and says, "You ok?? You fart?!"  I think it's hilarious...even if I was shooting to teach her "toot"....It's too late!

Her new word, and new obsession is "boobies!"  I am breastfeeding. Enough said.  So glad she's A GIRL!!

I was reading her a book the other day, and she kept sticking her finger in her mouth.  I wondered what this new thing was, until I went to turn the page, and licked my finger to make it easier.  She thinks this is just what-cha-do! It is amazing what I learn about myself from her!

 She was becoming very bossy, so we are trying to teach her to ask "nicely."  I ask her, "how do you ask?"  and she says, "how do you ask?"  I say, "NO.  What do you say?"  She says, "What do you say?"

I have to stop talking all together, and just wait.  If she wants it bad enough she says, "May I...have some...of that....PLEASE!!"   She thinks the answer is always YES if she asks this way, so she is asking for a lot more licorice and goodies these days.  I have to say...it is SO CUTE...that I often give in!!!

She loves my I-touch, and can navigate her way around it better than me!  When she is bored with games, she has learned to change my backgrounds, and revamp all my settings.  Now she goes into the apps store and finds new games that she wants!  She played angry bird ONCE on my brothers phone, and now finds the game EVERY SINGLE TIME, and says, "I want this one!"  After she found it so many times... I finally gave in.

The other day she looked over at me and said, "you hear play?"  She pulls this face and points to the ceiling.  I have heard her say this, and DO this to me SO MANY times, but could never figure out what she was saying.  We saw life-flight the other day and she said, "You hear plane?" She pulled the face, and pointed at the helicopter!! Cute little gal!

Every time she wants a treat she says, "You want Chocolate?" 

Here and Now!!

 This gal loves walking around in my shoes!   She is pretty good at it, even with my heavy shoes!  I think it is so funny to watch, and She thinks it is SO cool!  It gets scary sometimes as she is genetically klutzy (Which she obviously gets from me! See explanation below)  She gets distracted and ends up walking right into a wall, or the table, or a chair!!  This happens when she gets excited and distracted by ANYTHING!  She giggles and laughs while walking, then turns *SMACK* right into the wall!!

I am always bruised from banging into things, and I can't remember the last time that my pinky toenails weren't black!!!  They are magnetic to the edges of chair's, beds, dressers, stools, and pretty much anything at that level!! It happens on a daily basis--I SWEAR!!  It's like biting your cheek, so it swells, and you end up biting it over and over again! SO...Last night, in the middle of the night, while fetching Jaylee's bottle from the fridge, I wacked my toe.  It killed.  I thought the extra pain was because I was half asleep, but realized from the light of the fridge, that I was leaving a blood trail!!  I pretty much stubbed the toenail off!  It's a good thing I don't go anywhere...cause I couldn't wear shoes for 2 days!! KLUTZ!!

Moving along....

I love my gals!!  Sydnee really loves her sister!  She wants to carry her, kiss her, smack her burps out, force feed her the binky, play with her hair, and share her blanket!!  I love how I can see her love and curiosity in this pic!

She loves to hold her.  When she wakes up from a nap, so is so happy to assist us in carrying her.  She hears a single whine, grins and says, "Is that Jay-Mae?"  It's adorable!!  I am loving the concentration she has here in her fist and pursed lips!  It looks like they're....leaning!!

This is Jaylee's favorite way to sleep.  It usually happens after a few times trying to get her settled, and I eventually give in!!   I thought she looked cute, so I grabbed the camera.  Just as I took the pic, she smiled and improved on perfection!! Gotta love gas!!

She is the cute centerpiece of our home!!

Sydnee was playing with my toenail stickers, and kept saying, "Let's do nails!" She kept insisting, and I finally gave in.  I had to distract her to finish, cause I don't like to do things half-way.....but they actually worked!  I am surprised because she had the most wonky, wrinkly toenails ever, and I had to cut the stickers SO small!  But they have stayed on for over week.  So stylin' Sydnee!!
