Happy Happy Father's Day...

Well, even though I have alot to blog about to get caught up from my last entry, I figured I better get this Father's Day one done! Hope all the dad's out there have had a great day! Since everyone loves pictures, I'm going to post a few pics of my favorite dads...

My dad and his 4 girls at his 60th birthday party. (This is the only pic of my dad I have on this computer :( I'm grateful for my dad teaching me from an early age to have a love for fast cars :)

Tyson and Grandpa...One of my favorite pictures ever :) I'm most grateful to Jeremy's dad for teaching him from a young age how to work hard.

Ryan and Grandpa going for a ride!

Last but certainly not least...

Ryan and dad going for another ride...

My 3 boys at the ASU game...
Jeremy and Sparky at the ASU vs UNLV game...

1st annual Eric M. Lee Memorial 5k...Jeremy was ticked he got passed by the fireman right at the end!

Standing up for Jason...

Nice apron ;)

Taking a break after grilling for the fam...(Not 100% sure why he is making that face lol.)
I couldn't ask for a better husband or dad to our boys. He is always making us laugh and no one can ever stay mad for more than a minute here because he will always make you smile. I think Ryan summed it up best the other night when he turned to me and said..."Mom, everyone in this town loves dad..." He's so right. Happy Father's Day.

Thankful Thursday...

That's right peeps, I'm finally doing one...Plus, 2 posts in a 24 hour time period...I'm on a roll!

Things I'm thankful for are...

Clouds, I love a nice overcast day...

Diet Coke...

High school boys selling cheesecakes for basketball camp...and me buying one :)

Our neighbor's Russian Olive Tree...it tortures Jeremy's allergies sometimes, but it smells oh so delicious...

The 'In Death' Series by J.D. Robb...I'm on book 4 so far. Love them.

So You Think You Can Dance...best.show.ever.

Breakfast Burritos...I know I have posted about them before, but I can't get enough of them. I made some this past weekend while we were in Battle Mtn and I just might make some again this weekend...

DVR...I don't know what I would do without it. (I guess the answer would probably be, watch way less TV...)

A nice comfy bed...Every night when I get in bed I think how comfy it is. Probably why I hate sleeping away from home so bad...

Itunes...I just made myself a nice new cd to listen to in the car :)

The video of the boys from Christmas of when they were 3 and 5...So cute. I could watch it over and over all day long. Tyson's little voice was so cute, he was so thankful and so excited for everything... After each thing he opened he would say "Thanks mom, thanks dad..." Ryan was so small too. For each present he would say "My tuwn, weady?" Awwwwww...............................

Do I really have to think of a name?

Nothing clever is coming to mind...So, not much has gone on since I posted the last time. Things are pretty mundane around here. The last day of school came and went. The boys both got good grades. Thanks to my sister Sam, they are getting quite a savings account. She told them that she would give them $3 per A so it's been adding up! Especially when they have had 12 subjects to be graded on their report cards. We didn't do much for Memorial Day weekend. Jeremy and I went to St George for a quick shopping trip on that Friday. Monday we did a hot dog roast and swimming with Jeremy's family. Gary and Annette were able to pick up the girls finally that weekend. They seem to be adjusting well. I have been taking Emma with me to mutual because we have been certifying for girls camp. She wasn't 12 until after camp last year, so she will be a true first year. She isn't a member of the church but seems to be enjoying it and I think she is looking forward to camp. This last weekend we went to Battle Mountain for our niece's blessing. It's a long drive but it was a fun trip. Ryan had contemplated staying up there, but I talked him into coming home. It's just too far away for him to get homesick and need to come home. Plus, Leslie is still teaching and she has classes she is taking at night. Not much else is new around here, I'm trying to adjust to being home everyday. It's nice now since I have tons of DVR stuff to watch and tons of books to read, but that will run out soon enough. We'll see how it goes once the boys are back in school. My sister Sam is having surgery today. She is having part of her colon removed. It's badly damaged from the colitis. Keep her in your prayers that the surgery will go well and that she will have an easy recovery.
