Penguin Valentine

A heart shaped Valentine's card with a penguin I cut from dies and punches and stuck little wobbly eyes on : )
I got the idea after Googling "penguin punch art" and finding some on Lynn Pratt's blog.  I used a circle and heart die for the body, a small heart punch for the feet and cut slivers off a punched circle for the wings.

Supplies:  black and white cardstock, orange card scraps from DCWV Citrus Cardstock Matstack, googly eyes, Memento Black Tuxedo ink, foam tape, ds tape.

Vintage Blues

A vintage-style card using a stamp from Lili Of The Valley called Grunge Letter.  I have used more of my layered tissue paper flowers that were cut with Spellbinders Rose Creations die and added two little bronze heart charms . . . . suitable for Valentines Day or Anniversary : )
The bronze metal bits have been in my jewellery making stash for years.  I'm glad to be able to use them up in my card making : )

Rose Frame Vintage Valentine

A Valentine card in a vintage style for Charisma Cardz.  Card Makin Mamas, Divas by Design and Bling it On all have Valentine/Love themes this week/fortnight.  This is another 3D decoupage image from a magazine that also has matching papers but it all looked a bit too matchy matchy iykwim, so I embossed with my favourite embossing folder (again) for a plainer background.
