Winter Wishes

 Hello! There is another fun challenge over at Christmas Card Challenges, this week the optional challenge is to use a non-traditional Holiday image.

 

 

I just received this cute baby image from CC Designs this week, thought it was perfect for this challenge! My cousin and his girlfriend had a baby girl last week so I have cute little girls on my mind! I colored her with copics. The sketch is Deconstructed Sketch #114. I used some cute papers from The Paper Studio. The sentiment is from Verve.

Thank You So Much

 Hello! I'm back with another card for ABC Challenges! We're on to T for Thank You.

 

 

I used a super cute image from one of our sponsors, The Paper Shelter. You know I can't resist this cute teddy bear! I colored him with Copics and added Stickles to his flower. I used some papers I had received in a grab bag from Verve so I'm not sure what collection they are from, love them though and wish I had more! The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions. Some Verve ribbon and a CTMH button finish it off. The layout started as The Sweet Stop #223, although I'll admit it ended up quite altered. Gotta love a great starting point though!

Christmas Greetings

Hello! Today is a special day as my son turns 9! I will share the card I made for him sometime this week, I'm really loving it, but I promised my husband I'd let Caleb keep it, lol!

Today I have another card for Christmas Card Challenges to share. Our optional challenge this week is Evergreen.

 

This challenge has caused me to sing Switchfoot's Evergreen all week! I was thisclose to busting out my Christmas CD's just to listen to someone who can actually sing a note in tune sing the song! This challenge was also perfect timing because I had just received this tree die from Lil Inker Designs recently and couldn't wait to use it, I love that stitching! The paper is Bella Blvd- Christmas Wishes and the sentiment is AmyR.

Silent Night

 Hello! It's time for another Christmas Card Challenge. I missed last week, my computer crashed Friday night and I lost EVERYTHING.... I'm definitely mourning the loss of my pictures and digi stamps. : ( I'm still getting used to my new smaller laptop, but there was no way I wanted to miss another challenge! This week's optional challenge is a sketch.

 

 

The paper is from an old TE card kit. I used this super cute image from Lily of the Valley, colored with Copics. You can't tell in the picture, but I added some Spica glitter pen to her wings. The sentiment is from Verve. The flower and pearl are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Life's Simple Pleasures

 Hello! I'm back with another card for ABC Challenges. We're on to S for Stitching.

 

 

I had to have my husband thread my sewing machine so I could play along, yes you read that correctly! I colored this cute Tilda with my copics and added some Spica glitter pen to the flower and butterfly. The sentiment is Amuse and the paper pack is MME: Life of the party. Gotta love that it has stitches too!
