We had a San Diego Sketchcrawl last week. Lori Mitchell arranged to rent taxidermied animals, from the Natural History Museum, for us to draw and paint. The animals were in plexi cases and made perfect subjects.

Me and Michele Luxenberg, owner of Little Bird Creations Studio in NYC
I taught a two day workshop, in Manhattan, for Little Bird Creations Studio, founded and run my Michele Luxenberg.
I  have never given my sketchbook pages away, but I was so impressed with Michele and how she's working at building an art community in New York City (while she works full time) that I gave her my sketchbook page from the weekend.

Here's how to connect with Michele:

Honestly, at least 3 of the student had NEVER drawn. I know, hard to believe, when you see how fabulous all the pages look!
