I do love farmers markets! This one in Orvieto was especially nice. My students and I wandered and drew and watercolored and shopped.

We gathered back at the B&B to draw and paint our farmers market goodies. Then we cleared the table of art supplies, and had a wonderful lunch!

Farmer Market ~ Golden Hill

Some members of our wonderful San Diego SketchCrawl group spent a day at the Farmers Market in Golden Hill.







If sketching & watercolor with friends at San Diego farmers markets are so much fun, can you imagine how fun it will be in my week long workshops in Orvieto, Italy and Nice, France next year! 

Farmers Market

 Farmers Markets are always a wonderful source of inspiration. Husb and I go to our local one on Friday mornings.

 
Even though I photoed the flowers, I brought them home and drew from real life.



And yes, the perfect use for my Polaroid Pogo printer!


Pages like these, for traveling are going to be some much fun! If you're going to Orvieto, Italy in May or the South of France in September with me next year, we'll be visiting, drawing and eating at the local farmers markets.
