step one: print the cloth

step two: add batting and cut, then embroider

Organize Your Art Biz online workshop ~ I recommend it!

My favorite online business class is starting up on December 3. It's Alyson Stanfield's Organize Your Art Biz. Honestly, it helped my business sooo much. My files, my studio, and my systems. It made me look at organization in a new way, that extended to my house, like my kitchen and laundry room. I really recommend this class. But remember, you gotta do the work.

Papier Mache in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

One day, we all walked over to a small, family owned papier mache factory in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Above they are demonstrating how they created the paper shapes from plaster of paris molds. Then, they let them dry and paint them.
