get candy

It has been forever (before I left for summer vacation) since I sat down and made a card!!
I wanted to show a way your can stretch your stamp sets by mixing sets to create a card. I used my Dogs set and my Winnie (which is a halloween set) to create this card.

I did some masking with the the hats (from the Winnie set) and the dogs to create a cute Halloween card.

Hello! Need a hug? If you ask me you can never give or receive too many hugs! :)

I created this card using my Jungle Baby stamp set (I'm sold out but there are a few left at Simon Says Stamp) which I coloured with Graph'it markers. The sentiment is from my Nuts About You set.

Crazy SALE!!!!!!!!!

40% OFF people!!!!!! I promised once we hit 1000 likes on facebook I would do a crazy sale and here it is! I freaking out because my last sale was amazing and still haven't fully restocked my shop.
I chose to do it today because it's my grandma's 92 birthday!! Yup! And she's in great shape and health! Happy Birthday Baba!

I also decided to add only a few of my newest sets (Anemone and Winnie) to the shop for the sale (I will be adding it to the shop when we do our release blog hop).

I used my Anemone and Wise Owl stamp sets for this card. Coloured with my Graph'it markers and did a water colour background. I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder.

This sale will only last for 24 hours......starting NOW!

Jane's Doodles in German?!

Hello!
I hope all is well!

Well...I've mentioned here and there that I was working on a new project...something to do with Germany...I was approached by a German company called Efco about me drawing for them (they like my 'hand drawn' designs and as you can see took some of my existing designs and also commissioned new designs (which will be coming soon). I'm giving away these stamps over on my blog...pop on over there to find out more. :)

For my card I used this little set below (2x3 inch set and they sell for $3.75)

These sets are perfect...well first of all if you're German! :) and they are also great for mini cards and tags.

I used my water colours to create a quick and easy card.

Have a great day!

thanks a lot!

Hello!

Hope all is well! :)

It's my turn on the JD blog today and this is the card I'm sharing today! All but the base of the card was on hand...what do I mean you ask?? :)

When I lose my inspiration, can't make a card or draw to save my life I like to stamp images, colour them, cut them out and have them ready for when my mojo kicks in again. It really comes in handy making your own 'die cuts' with your stamp images....and it saves me time in the end too.

For this card the butterflies, little journal tabs were ready for use and the only thing I did was stamp the pattern on the card and the sentiment!

Lots of layering on this card and nothing really adhered totally flat...I think it adds motion, dimension to the card when layered in this manner.

......................

I shared this card on my blog yesterday.

Before I go I just wanted to mention that I'll be doing another JD update on the blog soon....talk a little more about the changes that are going on!
Hope you have a great day!

thanks + JD spotting

Hello!
Hope all is well!

Pinterest has become of my morning routine...I like to browse around while drinking my coffee or tea and the other day I came across this and thought I'd give it a try using my stamps! :)

I used our RosesPretty PeoniesDoodle FlowersAttached to you and another stamp set which is not available yet (a little sneak peek if you will!). I used my water colours and some glitter glue that I added on the flowers...it's very pretty in real life. For some of the flowers I drew them with a black pen/marker.

Now a little JD spotting!! :) I just love Scrapflower's bookmark using our Double Trouble stamp set!

And how SWEET is Stephanie's card using our Home Sweet Home stamp set! :)

Have a great day!

tulips

Hello!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Aga's starting off this week with this gorgeous card using our Tulips digi....I will ask her how she created this card. Obviously you have to print out a digital stamp and I love that she created a water colour with this digi.

Have a great day!

you brighten my day

Hello

Hope all is well! I'm feeling better but still not 100%...it's just dragging on! I needed a little colour and brightness in my day so I created this cheerful card using our Roses and Daffodils stamp sets. I used water colours to colour my rose...really quick and easy...I didn't fuss...just let the colour go where it wanted to.

I painted my background with water colours...once it was dried I stamped polka dots over it with white ink. The polka dots are JD stamps (from my very first stamp set ...the Bakery one...remember?? :) )

I stamped my sentiment onto vellum. I'm really digging white ink and white sequins lately! :)

Hope you all have a great day!
