Anni  fa un amica mi regalò questo bouquet di ortensie secche  proveniente dal suo giardino, hanno conservato benissimo il colore  anche se un po sbiadito , e non mi decido di buttarle anche se ormai sono un po polverose. Ma trovo che secche hanno un fascino particolare.
Spero che abbiate passato una buona Pasqua , e vi auguro un felice inizio di settimana.

Years ago a friend offered me this bouquet of dried hydrangeas  from her garden , and though a bit faded the colors still remain,  and I can't get myself to throwing them out even though they are probably quite dusty by now . I find hydrangeas particularly fascinating when dry.

E stata una lunga assenza, e vi ringrazio tantissimo per i commenti lasciati e per le mail che mi avete mandato. Ora sono tornata ...e desiderosa di mostrarvi i lavori fatti durante questo periodo di grande ozio. Sono felicissima di ritrovarvi e un po alla volta riuscirò a farò un 'giro' da tutti :-)

It has been a long absence, and I want to thank you for all your comments and mails . Now I am back and can't wait to  show you the paintings made  during this period of great laziness. I am really happy to  be with you again, and little by little I will visit you all :-)
