I have used the lovely "PINK" coloured with Promarkers

Well I have to admit to total brainfreeze and couldn't think of anything....but a wee nosey through my DVDs and it hit me...can you guess? Pretty in Pink!!   I loved this movie when I was young...I thought Molly Ringwald was cool....nothing at all to do with her being a ginger like me! lol  Oh and Ducky! Loved him!

I am so looking forward to seeing what you all come up with! My teamies have done an awesome job...go check out all the cool cards!

Saturated Canary #27, Office supplies....

I was a bit stumped at first, but once I sat down and started looking through my stuff there is actually quite a lot of office type things that us crafty types have!

 I have used a wee envelope, which has a wee tag inside, some paper ripped from a notebook, a paperclip, some staples and some ruler style washi tape........

the flower I have made myself with some ribbon and a candle to melt the edges......

Can you see my washi tape?   I have just received my first ever lot of washi tape and I want to put it on everything!lol
I have coloured her with my promarkers....stoopid here didn't write them down sorry!  I have also done a wee cloudy background with my Distress Ink.....the lace is from my stash and I have added a little paper clip with a wee charm.  You can't really see in the photo but I have added some glossy accents to the raindrops and a wee puddle under her feet.

Have you Smashed yet?

I have only just recently come across the Smashing phenomenon and have been admiring some gorgeous pages on the Smash*aholics Facebook page....So yesterday while in town with my girlies I bought a sketchbook from WH Smiths....I sat staring at for ages, not a clue where to start...I was never really into scrapbooking, so I decided to stick to what I know best and that is my stamps...more to the point Saturated Canary and Simply Sassys. So that is what I am going to theme this book on.

I have chosen these two as they are the crafter style stamps to start of my book with.....I have loads of ideas now in my head but I have a few card orders to get out of the way first before I can play!

I have used my Promarkers to colour Kate Krafty...just the Cool Greys and for Copica I have just added a few dots to the background.  I have doodled the bunting myself and coloured again with my Cool Greys

Saturated Canary 13, Military Girl....

Here we go with Challenge Number 13  at Saturated Canary Challenges and this fortnight it is

“TWINE”

I have used Military Girl for my card and the only twine I have is the brown stuff!

I have spent ages on her trousers trying the camouflage look and I am really pleased with how it came out!  I love her hair too....I have just had mine cut a bit like this so I am going to need a new avatar for my blog!

The netting is a washing powder bag coloured with my promarkers and the camo paper was a freebie from the internet.

Saturated Canary Challenge #11, Paper Paper....

Ooooo I am late posting this up...decorating the kitchen has been a nightmare...I always start off well and then get fed up...but anyway it is all finished now and it was a rush last night to get my card finished!

I have used the gorgeous "Picnic Time" for my card, coloured with my promarkers...the paper is the one from my previous "paper, paper" post.  If I can keep this up then I won't feel guilty when I go to the SECC next month and more paper falls into my bag!

Paper,Paper with Tiddly Inks..

Finished card with the paper plucked from the box the other day......I combined it with an order I had for a 16th birthday card using the gorgeous Drucilla from Tiddly Inks....coloured with Promarkers and some Sakura pen for sparkle.

I have used the adorable Mad Hattress and I cannot find the piece of paper that I wrote the colours on! The hearts have been coloured with my Promarkers and I have added some crackle glaze....the flowers I made with my die and the doilie and ribbon are from my stash....

Saturated Canary Glinda

I am supposed to be finishing some card orders, but I just had to colour another of Krista's new images from yesterdays release......hope to get her onto a card tonight!

New Saturated Canary Image

I received my new images form Krista yesterday teatime and I had to get colouring straight away! You are going to love them ALL!!

They will be released tomorrow!

Ain't she gorgeous!! And so appropriate for the rotten weather we have been having here for the last few months.  I have coloured her skin and hair with my Promarkers and her clothes with pencils.....I have also used glossy accents for the umbrella as I wanted it to be one of those clear ones but I don't think it is showing up too well in the photos?  The card itself is pretty CAS as I really wanted to get it finished last night so I could get it posted up today.  The brown paper is from the inside of all my Christmas wrapping paper rolls...perfect Kraft paper!!

I hope you love her as much as I do!   I am off to finish colouring some more!

Saturated Canary Challenge #8

Happy New Year!

Although I am not really welcoming it this year as I turn 40 in April EEEKkkkkk!!  In my head I am still in my 20s!

Here we go with Challenge Number 8 at Saturated Canary Challenges and this fortnight it is “Clean and Simple”

I have had this little frame for ages so I gave it a few coats of white acyrlic paint and then a thin coat of crackle glaze......I have coloured "Making Valentines" with my Promarkers...and a little bit of inking on the edges and thats my clean and simple!

Still no camera.. turned out to be the actual camera and not the cable!! So having to use the old one which is not great :0(

Now I know that there is no hint of a boy image here but I have made this card for my dear hubby so does that still count!!??

I have coloured the gorgeous Suzie Stockings with my Promarkers and Pencils, I have also stamped a tiny bit of holly and added to her hair and a little piece of mistletoe too!  The sentiment I made myself on the computer.

Saturated Canarys Sleeping Beauty...

Well?? How many Saturated Canary Digis did you all buy??

Please don't pay too much attention to these photos...they are awful!  My camera is not connecting up to my laptop (I have ordered a new cable and am hoping that fixes the problem and it is not the actual camera!) so I have used Lucy's camera for these and it's not the best of cameras.

I have had this card sitting for a while now it's the last one I made before my skin got bad, still smothering the horrid cream on so I haven't been in my cubby as I don't want to spoil any of my papers with big oily fingerprints!

I have used the gorgeous "Sleeping Beauty" for this card and I have used my Promarkers and pencils to colour her...I love her beautiful big lashes!

Saturated Canary "Hand Me Downs"

I found this great tutorial here on shading behind the image...so wanted to give it a go...think I have maybe been a bit heavy handed with the blue but for a first go I am pretty pleased with the result.

This is another gorgeous Saturated Canary Digi stamp "Hand Me Downs"

She has been coloured with my promarkers again and a pencil for some shading......can you make out the tiny pearls? I ordered some of ebay in various sizes 99p each and there are loads in each bag!.....the tiny ones are 1mm I could barely see them!

I will be disappearing for a few days...going over to the east coast to Banchory to visit my wee sis...soooo looking forward to getting away for a couple of days!

Rainy day card

Yeuch! It has been horrid and wet here the last couple of days...no heatwave here for us :0(

So with that in mind I was inspired to make a rainy day card!

I have used the gorgeous "Let it Rain" from the Saturated Canary Etsy Store I have coloured her with my promarkers and added some glossy accents for raindrops...think you can just make them out in the second pic...
