Need a Cab - III

When you travel to Patras near the Ionian Sea, you always pass this new bridge. Today it was blocked by Greek Taxi drivers in their ongoing protest. Police and government still do nothing while busses, tourists, and private persons are hindered in passing a normal toll bridge.

Need a Cab - II

You do see a lot of Cab's (Taxi's) in Athens all the time, but last weeks is special. The Taxi-drivers are on strike and that gives these views of cab's blocking the roads. Also Tourists are blocked when they want to travel......

Need a Cab?

You know the feeling; you need a cab and there is none to be seen anywhere. That is happening the last two weeks also in Athens (Greece). The Taxi-drivers (Cab-Drivers) are on strike and block every day another part of the city, sometimes also outside the main city. The reason? According to European law, the job of Cab-driver should be free. Seems they don't want to follow the rules and want to continue the old practices.
