Holidays gift card envelope

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my new post .
This project was in print in a new issue of Just Christmas cards and decorations! magazine 2017 issue.

This is an easy to make gift card envelope made from a real Kraft envelope, some dies, some mists and the most lovely sentiments both together on one die cut circle.

Step by step: 1. Glue the cream envelope (Canvas Corp) and then cut the top of it to make
the opening. Cover it with patterned paper (7 Gypsies).2. Die cut the scene with Sizzix die from black and white cardstock and arrange the double die cut over patterned paper (7 Gypsies). 3. Stamp the double sentiment (Two Paper Divas stamps) over white cardstock. Die cut it with a circled die (Die Versions). Add black circled die cut from the same set under the sentiment.4. Mist the sentiment circle with Tattered Angels golden mist and glue over the middle of the envelope. 5. Mist the die cut scene with the same mist. 6. Paint the trees over die cut with Tattered Angels paint.

See you next week with more Holidays inspiration!

Fly away tag

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my new post!
This is a tag made with Scrapmatts stencils and chipboards and Papericious paper collection.
It's a kind of encouragement tag and I made the double sentiment saying : Go and find yourself and then fly away".

Both sentiment parts are arranged over the Scrapmatts chipboard pieces made with cardstock and stickers.
Chipboards were painted with Prima Spark and Metallic paints.
I used two stencils for the textured background, but only the lower one is still seen.

I enter this to some web challenges:

Altered Steampunk tag

It seams that this month I have plenty spare time , so I made this tag just for some web challenges.
Masculine for Simon Says Monday challenge blog
First it is made with 7 Dots paper and stickers for their Dream challenge.

Then I made it also for Mixed Media and Art blog for the inspiration challenge and it should be small art piece as it is.
May challenge
Anything not cute for Dream in Darkness

I like the saying that I made with mostly 7Dots stickers (parts of different ones) and just added a few sticker letters to make this statement:
Magical dream or you're strong enough to take a challenge and to fly? As you can see if pigs can fly- we sure can!

Box full of flowers with Art Anthology

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my altered box made for Art Anthology!

Spring is in the air and the best way to celebrate Spring is to make a bright and full of flowers project. So this altered wooden box is my tribute to Spring and to everything new. Why is it everything new? As this is my very first time to make self made painted flowers and the very first time to use Foamiran to make those flowers.

I heard about this product that is actually the very thin foam. You can die cut it, paint it and then shrink it a bit with your heat gun to get those great, pretty much like real, flowers.
So for my very first attempt to use this foam I used Art Anthology paints and colorations to see if it works. And it worked just perfect.
Here are some close - ups to the flowers and then I made a tutorial to show you how you can make  the flowers and to embellish your $ store simple woden box with these flowers.

You can see the full step by step tutorial here on a Snapguide:
Check out How to Make Spring Flowers Altered Box by Art Anthology on Snapguide.
All products are listed in the Snapguide and I made a full Art Anthology products list here in this post too.
Hope you like my project and see you soon again with a totally different Mixed Media creation.
I enter this piece to Spring blooms challenge on ScrapyLand- all flowers are die cuts using foamiran and I used mostly Sizzix and Spelbinders dies.

Scrapberry's cards inspiration

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my Scrapberry's April new inspiration.
I am not really a card maker. But when I see gorgeous paper collection I try to make some cards with it and this is what I made with Scrapberry's new The Pirates Treasure 6*6'' paper pad.
Both card are made with the same paper collection, but can you see how different they are?
It means that this collection can be used in a lot of different ways and even colors.
So here is the first card: blue sea and adventures. It's a card that is perfect for boys and young men and maybe any age men too.
The whole card was made with layers of cardstock. Some are die cut (the circles). A lot fo cardstock pieces were hand cut and arranged layers by layers.
Red and blue Stain inks were used over the edges and I just added one single metal charm and a recycled rope to finish this card's design.
Some mist splatters were added over the card as you can see to make it more interesting.

The second card was made in those red and green colors and this is still the very same paper collection.
I made a lot of cardstock layers with the same techniques: some die cut layers and die cut matting.
Over this card I added self made resin piece, one metal charm and some paper flowers. I misted the flowers with a bit of sea shell  mist and a bit of the mist left over the white resin piece too.
Not sure how permanent it is over resin cast, but it looks great.

Scrapberry's product list:
The Pirates Treasure 6*6'' paper collection
Stains ink Red
Stains ink Blue
Stains ink Yellow

I hope that you like my cards and the most adorable The Pirates Treasure paper collection.
See you again  in two weeks with more Scrapberry's inspiration.

Stand out loud card with DCVW

This card was made for DCWV March sketch challenge.
I used their lovely new Eclectic Chick stack with just some die cuts (Elizabeth Crafts for the matting and Sizzix for the leaves). One single die cut stands out as the sentiment says.
I just love this perfect collection that fit any style or gender.
