Wish tag with Scrapmatts
Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my new Scrapmatts October inspiration.
Today it's all about tags.
I made one single fancy and colorful chipboard tag and then made two more fancy tags in a totally different shabby style.
So here is the first tag and it's all about a Wish upon the stars.
The background was made with a few of our Scrapmatts stencils using texture paste and when it was dry it was misted and painted all over so you can see the outlines of the small stars and dots, but not the whole background.
Then the large circles chipboard and some of the stars were painted with yellow and gold acrylic paint and some more Scrapmatts pieces were painted with a mix of blues.
The chipboard word Wish was painted with Magenta paint and a lot of the same paint splashes were added over the piece.
As my final textured embellishments I added a mix of seed beads inside the chipboard pieces.

Nested stars 07CB5021
Assorted words 29 CB6116
Circles 02cb 5152

Live your Dream: huge Mixed Media tag with Magenta
Hello my dear crafty friends!
Irit is here today and I am going to share my huge Mixed Media tag made with a lot of gorgeous Magenta stencils and stamps.
Irit is here today and I am going to share my huge Mixed Media tag made with a lot of gorgeous Magenta stencils and stamps.
This is a 9*4.5'' tag (almost 22*11 cm) made on the corrugated cardboard base.
The white thick cardstock was covered with texture paste over with one of TM53 Background Trio stencils. When it was totally dry the mix of mists was added over the tag.
Then some letters were painted with TM219 Alpha and Number duo stencil)-alpha part of it- and teal acrylic paint.
For the next step the stamped images were added over the tag. As it's almost impossible to stamp properly over this thick texture I stamped Blossom Square image over the white tissue paper with permanent black ink (Ranger Archival) and then glued the stamped and torn pieces over the tag as shown. Actually it was stamped three times and one of the piece was adhered as is in the middle and the other two were glued by pieces on the bottom and on the top.
The " Live your dreams" sentiment was stamped with permanent black ink over white cardstock and then misted and trimmed to fit the colors and the size of the finished tag.
I added the die cut doily that was cut into two pieces over the tag and made the flowers , chipboard and lace cluster as the focal embellishments point of the tag.
I really hope that you like my huge Mixed Media tag and would try to make a similar project using our delicious Magenta products.

Bookmarks with Prickley Pear rubber stamps
Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my new post made for Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps.
This week the designers were challenged to make bookmark.
So here is mine and as you know, bookmark should be totally flat if we really want to use it inside a book.
As you can see I stamped the images and water colored some of them to get this pretty vintage/monochromatic look.
I just added a bit of glossy accents for a bit of dimension and added a minimal tied ribbon and just one gemstone embellishment on the top.
Stamps used:
Heart Dandelion
Vase with Heart
Blobby Flowers 2 clear set
You are most welcome to Prickley Pear Rubber stamps blog to see more bookmark inspiration!

Happy Fathers day Mixed Media tag with Scrapberry's
Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my second June post made for Scrapberry's.
This month we celebrate Fathers Day. So it was a great occassion to make something for this celebration.
I decided to make a Mixed Media tag with Scrapberry's products and to show that you can add Mixed Media products to non Mixed Media line.
So with some stencils, paints, Steampunk chipboards added I got this fancy Steampunk Fathers Day tag:
Each and every paper piece on this project is from Scrapberry's Words Live Forever collection.
There quite a few layers and I made a side photo shot to show you all these layers:
I added some stencilled words on the second top layers, but after I covered it with the top layer and the embellishments it's hardly seen.
The top layer was made with a stencil, texture paste and shimmery embossing powder.
All chipboard piece were painted with DecoArt paints and then covered with crackle glaze and misted over when dry.
The Scrapberry's metal wings and resin bird were painted with a mix of delicate acrylic paints.
Then I made layered die cut sentiment and heat embossed the paper with black powder.
So as you can see this Sscrapberry's collection is a perfect fit for any masculine, Steampunk and Mixed Media project.
I enter this tag to some web challenges:

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to CAS-ual Fridays new challenge.
This time we challenge you to use three lovely colors for your challenge project.
And this is my card made for this challenge.
I used the similar colors, but the photo makes the red too much red and less coral.
The stamp set used here is CAS-ual Fridays So Pretty and Modern Petals sets.
There are no genre restrictions for this challenge. Link up your clean and simple designs or layer it on -- the choice is yours. Make sure to link back to this blog post and include the graphic below in your post for consideration of being chosen a winner.

The first card is kind of a light vintage card that was made with 6*6'' pad of Primavera paper collection.
Each piece of patterned paper was die cut with stitched rectangle dies and natted over Kraft cardstock.
Then a piece of lace was added over another paper strip.
The sentiment and the embellishments were arranged over this single strip of paper.

Happy New year paper ornament with Scrapberry's
Hello my dear crafty friends and Happy New Year to you all!
My first blog project for Scrapberry's for 2017 is a round Happy New Year ornament and it is a kind of a card too.
As you can see I used a very new fancy Scrapberry's paper collection named
Elegantly Festive and it was just perfect for this New Year ornament.
The basic layer was die cut from solid cardstock and then I added more and more die cut circles using different cardstock from this fantastic collection.
The smaller circles , including the sentiment from this collection, were die cut with stitched circle dies and the candle was die cut with stitched oval dies.
Then I misted one white flower into the purple color that fits the general colors of the project.
More small paper flowers were added and the metal charm snowman and a couple of small resin flowers were the final touch of this project.
Silk white ribbon on the top can be used to hang this ornament or if you use it as a card, just as the extra embellishment.
I hand cut a few shapes (bird and clock) to add them to the ornament.
Elegantly Festive collection

My second project for today is a Tropical tag.
I know that it's a Winter or at least kind of it, where I live. But in the other half of the world it's Summer and I wanted to make something bright and shiny and warm.
So I made this tag and I am totally happy to see those lovely Scrapmatts flowers and leaves on my double tag here:
I used new Scrapberry's Tropic collection and painted the bare chipboards with Art Anthology different paints.
