IBS December challenge

Hello my dear crafty friends and  welcome to my December IBS CHALLENGE POST.
As you know we have sketch, color challenge and product/themed challenge each month. You can pick one or more of those and to make your card for the challenge.
I decided to use this month' colors as they are perfect for the Love card.

So the background card is silver grey. Then I added the black die cut background. Over the background I added another die cuts- both stamped.
I used the small doily die cut to stamp the sentiment using my most beloved Watercolor sentiments  set. Over the die cut feathers I stamped with a few small flowers using the new Summer baskets set.
All stamping was made with hot pink pigmented ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
The only embellishments I added were a couple of felt hearts connected with twine.
This card is very fancy and can be given for almost any occasion.

Lovely crafts Hop with Ann Butler and Clearsnap

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Today  our Ann Butler's DT girls are hopping together with Clearsnap DT to show you the very versatile Valentine projects made with Ann Butler's new Clearsnap products. Comment to each designer's post and you can win some gorgeous Clearsnap Ann Butler's products!
If you came from  Larissa's blog  you are on the right way.And if not- here is a full designer's list for you to follow

And this is my project made for the hop: Family Valentine canvas card size shaped that I call " Many hearts- one  love".

The background was made with Ann Butler's Waves Art Screen and a light texture paste. Then I made 2 handmade punched  hearts negatives and filled them both with more texture paste. Everything was heat embossed  with Clearsnap clear embossing powder and then inked over with Ann Butler's Berry and Canyon (pink and red) inks. As the " white space" was limited I just added a couple of stamp portions with Ann Butler's new Basic Backgrounds Basket stamp with red ink and the same clear embossing.

2 felt hearts were inked with Berry ink that works just perfect over non paper surfaces. Then I stamped  with Picnic Basic Background over  the couple of wooden hearts and added them over the two big ones.
This canvas was made as a Valentine for my son's family: 2 adults and 2 kids. I made the title with canvas letters and added a few white roses inked with Berry ink.

Some parts were highlighted with black ink over the texture to add the interest.
Hope you like my small Valentine present and now to your next stop: Vishu's blog

Cornish Heritage Farms Make your stamped background challenge

Hello my dear crafty friends! Welcome to Cornish Heritage Farms new challenge and this time we challenge you to make your own stamped backgrounds with background stamps.
Here is my almost clean and simple card and yet I used  one background  stamps and 4 stamps from another set.

First I made my stamped and white heat embossed background using 2 stamps from Beautiful set.
The whole piece was then inked around with red ink.
Then I made the front panel using masking technique  with Beautiful sentiment and a scroll stamp with red embossing powder heat embossing .The stamped image was covered with a mask and I stamped the whole background  Lined Paper backgrounder stamp over the sentiment. The panel was then cute to fit my  card layout and embellished with felt heart shaped buttons , some bling and twines.

Now it's your turn to make your own stamped backgrounds and you can get a lot of inspiration from our design team.

Don't forget to stop by everyone's blog today for more inspiration.
