Card tutorial with Inspired by Stamping

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my monthly Inspired by Stamping tutorial.
This is a card I made for this tutorial and it's this multi layers card made  with the same stamp and layered using the die cuts one over another.

Here is my step by step tutorial:

1. Use Misti (must do thing when doing layered and die cut technique).
Arrange Inspired by Stamping Fresh Bouquet flower stamp and stamp over the die cut card front three times with black pigmented ink (Memento Luxe).

This is the stamp set I used to make this project:
Fresh Bouquet
Inspired by Stamping Fresh Bouquet Stamp Set

 2. Heat emboss all three stamped pieces with clear embossing powder (WOW! Embossing Powders).

3. Use Stitched Rectangles Elyzabeth's Crafts die set and die cut each stamped front as shown.I used every second size of the dies (#3-5-7) to die cut the stamped images.

4. Glue the stamped die cuts as shown: use the third negative as your base and then arrange all three die cut shapes.

5. Color the images in all three layers with Zig Real Brush colors as shown.

6. Mist the background with Lindy's Stamp Gang mist . Stamp the Inspired by Stamping sentiment from the same stamp set.

 Here is your finished card!

I hope that you liked my small tutorial and see your next month with more IBS inspiration!

Smile tags with Inspired by Stamping

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my Inspired by Stamping  new blog post.
Today I am going to share two shabby stamped tags that were made with Inspired by Stamping most gorgeous stamps , some chipboards , some Mixed Media techniques and a lot of color.

As you can see I used the die and the stamps from the latest IBS release.

And now a short  tutorial for these tags.
I didn't do a full photo step by step tutorial, but for  you can sure make the similar project with my no photo tutorial.
1. Use pre- made tags as I did or make yours own tags. Cover them with white gesso from any company you  own and let it dry.
2. Use 4 different stencils with heavy gel medium and add texture over the tags. Try to make it more over the edges as the middle part wouldn't be seen  on the finished tag.
3. Mist and paint the texture with a mix of Art Anthology sprays and paints. You sure can use any other company that you have. Try to stay in 2-3 colors only scheme.
4. Paint the chipboards (I used Scrapmatts, but again... You know. Use whatever you have) with the same paints as you did for the background and add a bit of gold over the dry painted chipboards.
Glue the chipboards over the tag.
5. Stamp the sentiment with black pigmented ink and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. (I used Memento Luxe and Wow! Embossing Powders for this step.). Cut the sentiment and glue it over the tag as shown. Add a bit of light color over the sentiment strip using the same mists from the previous step.
6. Die cut the sentiment from  white thick cardstock - this will be the highlights base. Then die cut it again 3 more times from thick black cardstock and glue the three black layers over the white one.
Paint over the die cut with gold paint for highlights.
Glue the sentiment as shown.
7. Make flowers cluster and glue it over the tags. Add a bit of paints/white gesso over the flowers for the shabby look.

I hope that you liked my tags and my small tutorial.

Make home decoration with 4 ATC cards

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my July Inspired by Stamping inspiration post.
Today I am going to show you how to make 4 very similar ATC cards and then to make a lovely home deco piece out of them.

Usually most of us think that ATC cards are just for trading.
But look how lovely is this home decoration piece made over the wooden panel with lovely cardstock, some central embellishments cluster and all 4 ATC  over it.

And  here is a quick tutorial I made for you to use and to make the similar project with Inspired by Stamping stamp set here:

Inspired by Stamping Words Of Inspiration II stamp set

Words of Inspiration 2 set

Step by step tutorial:
1. Arrange 4 stamps from the set inside your Misti tool .Use dark pigmented ink to stamp them all together.
I used dark brown ink as my black was dry, but it actually doesn't matter as I heat embossed it later with black powder.

2.Heat emboss the stamped sentiments and then cut to ATC size.

3.Use 4 different stencils and add texture paste over the cards, but try to leave the stamped images without any white paste over them.

4.When dry use mists (not shown) and sparkling acrylic paints to get this colorful look for your cards.

5.Add some crackle glaze around the cards and sprinkle some micro beads over the wet glaze.

 6. Arrange the cards over the cardstock glued to the wooden  panel. Add the central embellishments spot.

For someone special card

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Today I am going to share a very delicate card made for some print submission. As a such I made it not so much messy and just in a couple of colors, with delicate stamping and the only bulky tings here are those Tando spool and scissors and some wooden inked buttons.
Both Tando chipboards were painted into white, inked around and then heat embossed with clear powder all over them.
I used stamps from Visible Image, Tim Holtz and Inspired by Stamping to make this card.
This card was print published in the latest print issue of Rubber Stamp Madness, but never posted on web. So this is a time to post it and even to enter it to some web challenges.

IBS TAG tutorial

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my Inspired by Stamping July post.
This time I decided to make a Mixed Media tag and to stay in this summery green color pallet.
So this is a tag  made and I made written tutorial for you, also not the photos step by step one.

1. Cover Tando Mixed Media board with a thin layer of white gesso.
2. Use Harlequin Tando stencil with DecoArt texture paste to make your background.
3. Paint Tando Iron gate (half of the chipboard piece) and Tando Wings with white gesso.
4. Glue the gate part, the wings and add some resin handmade swirls over the gate chipboard.
5. Mist the whole piece with a mix of Lindy's Stamp Gang and Tattered Angels green mists. Some of the mists have a bit of copper mica powder and this is the copper you can see over the gate.
6. Stamp over the dry misted wings using Inspired by Stamping old and retired (sorry) background stamp with permanent Ranger black ink.
6. Stamp four Inspired by Stamping Butterflies over the thick white cardstock with clear embossing Ranger ink. Heat emboss them with Copper embossing powder and hand cut all 4.
7. Mist the embossed and hand cut butterflies with  the same green mix of mists. Let them dry and them glue them over the art piece as shown.
8. Die cut Inspired by Stamping Love word  and heat emboss it with the same copper embossing powder. Glue the embossed die cut as shown.
9. Punch a hole on the top of Mixed Media board and tie IBS lace ribbon.
10. Add a touch of copper wax (Pentart) over the chipboard pieces and around the tag edges.
