I experienced my first ice storm last night. You'd think with all my years in the midwest I would have been thru one already! The weirdest thing came when I was awakened to the sound of limbs snapping off trees. I finally had to move to the couch because I couldn't stand the sound! We came thru just fine, minimal branches down, and no extended power outage! Most of our neighborhood did alright also-the biggest mess was at our Principal's house-she's got a huge branch on her roof!

Ice Storm

Glad to hear you're okay as far as the ice storm goes. We're supposedly going to get that weather tonight. . . and I've lived through several here in Austin - how funny is that? Since all we get is ice when it gets cold.
How are you doing accident recovery wise?
