A new blogger friend was chatting to me about getting a new house in a new housing area. I would say her hubs has good taste. the houses there are spacious, comes in a few designs, and wow the compound can fit a truck!

Some of the houses are pre-owned, and they are selling it because the prices now fetches a good price. For me, one of the few things that i will consider before buying a house is the location, secondly, the neighborhood, and lastly looking into the maintenance and how well-kept is the house. man and their machines are inseparable, like we girls don't know. my hubby, for one, owns a garage for fixing his own cars. the fact that he uses it privately, and not open to public, doesn't help much because he tends not to maintain the cleanliness of his garage. yucks, oily garage flooring everywhere is one of the reason i didn't like to get into his garage.

i should really make him consider getting a new flooring like the one in the picture. the combination of black and grey floor tiles looks great. then maybe i'll be more willing to step into his garage, or shall i call it his "toy room"?
