Gerda Steiner Designs "Gnome Couple"

For this month's progressive challenge over at Gerda Steiner Designs, we were lucky enough to receive Gnome Couple.  Immediately I thought a new neighbour card would be a good choice for the gnomes.  Here is my entry:
