This month's Progressive Challenge freebie is the "Ghosts". They are so cute. For this inspiration card I have also used one of the Gothic Project Topper backgrounds. I don't celebrate Halloween but I could not resist using the background with the black cat for some inspiration for those who do, however I chose to make my inspiration into an October birthday card and made up the sentiment myself for a birthday and used the word Purrfect because of the cats.
