A young psychic tries to take on M. Bison’s grandfather and gets beaten up for his efforts. Clip TOKYO: THE LAST WAR, sequel to TOKYO: THE LAST MEGALOPOLIS, both adaptations of the novel TEITO MONOGATARI. This film and it’s predecessor would later go on to inspire the anime DOOMED MEGALOPOLIS in 1991.
