WOYWW 683

Oh dear, another week and nothing to really show in the crafting.

As if we hadn't had enough with clearing out my friend's craft room we decided to do something with our garage,  It really was a mess.  Home to some of the biggest spiders I have seen in a while (ours are not as big as those I have heard of in hotter countries) and as I am not a spider fan it was a case of lift legs up and hope for the best when the blighters ran towards me, my having disturbed them from their home of the past how ever many years.  We did four days on the trot but need to do more - now it's resting our aching backs.

So crafting has been on hold for quite some time and the only thing I have managed has been the occasional card necessary for posting immediately or my blog post for a Thursday.  I promise to do better this coming week, especially as I want to join in with A&C's 'thrinchie' challenge.  I think I have enough and more of Tracy Evans' stamps to enable me to do all 31 cards.

The first six (up to today) topics are: Spring/Wings/Circles/ Pattern/ Butterflies and today it is Feathers.

Here I am all set up for later.  (sorry about the shadow)

On the left are my two drawers of Tracy's stamps, there are some A4 ones elsewhere which I will go through at some time but they are in a dresser with other A4 All & Create stamps.  Can you tell I am a fan?

On Saturday it is my workshop at the group but I think I have already shown you some of the cards so maybe next week I won't be showing you all the work from the club.  Hopefully there will be several thrinchies by then and we will be raising a glass to the member who passed on the 21st so it will be a mix of emotions throughout the day.  I'll also be taking three boxes of goodies to sell for funds for a charity of her choice and members will be making some tags if they haven't time at hoe to make into a book for her family.

So it is over to WOYWW and a visit to Julia, our glorious leader.  I hope I get to see more interesting desks than my own, in fact I am darned sure I will.  See you next week.
