Another Wednesday, another blog hop with Julia, nosing at desks all over the world and, in these difficult times, keeping a check on some of those crafters we care about. Join in here and spread the joy.
Whilst on the topic of spreading the joy, last week I tried to get crafters to spread the joy on Facebook by posting pictures of their artwork. Not all of us do paper-crafting but that does not matter, any 'makes' will do. Don't be shy. Cooking and baking is a craft as is gardening so there is no reason why you shouldn't all join in. Just put #Cheers and I will try to comment on your post. It can be anything - let's flood Facebook with some joy amidst all the upsetting stuff we read. (I am just posting pictures of my past Dylusion Journal pages but when I run out, or for a change, I will find something else in my photos).
So what's on my workdesk today? Well I have finished another of those tiny books so I will video it some time in the future for you to see but today I am filling up with my birthday cards - such a joy to behold so much talent from around the world.
So, My desk:
My latest book on my glass mat, some images I have been colouring for future journalling and a letter "B" for tomorrow's journal page. The green box is one of those grey bins the council gave us for our waste, well we got two (two doors on the front of the bungalow confuses some people at times) and I painted one and stuck pictures all over it and use it for my crochet threads, bits of string etc. I'd had it out for the binding on the book.
