In the absence of a fur coated figure (Flanagan & Alan?) I chose "Fairies" for my 'underneath the arches' theme which actually was really "Through the Arch". Ignore me if I have totally confused you all.
Wendy's choice this one and the colours green and brown. Now you might be wondering where the brown is - well it is just that bit for the arch. I added blue for my other colour out of necessity.
A it of a mix this week. Watercolours were used for the background of blue sky and green grass. The figures are a mother and child who have gone to the bottom of the garden where there is an arch. The fairy does not really go with the Dylusion figures but what the heck - sat the toadstool on top of her to cover her bare derriere just in case it offended anyone. Her wings are ever so pretty, painted with Twinkling H2O's and then covered in Diamond Stickles. The little flying pixie had his wings done in the same way.
Just had to use that cute little caterpillar so he sat on top of the arch instead of on the big mushroom which had been rudely taken over by the fairy.
Now what are we doing next week?
