Halloween or Cats

I have the dreaded lurgy that's been going round.. lucky me...

Anyways, we have a brand new challenge over at My Time To Craft

This fortnights challenge is " Halloween or Cats "

I went with both. So here's what I've got..

 Absolutely love this image from Simply B stamps. 

She is super cute for a witch. 

The papers are a download from Etsy. I really wanted worded backing paper and these are perfect! 

The witch has been coloured using Spectrum Noir Pens.

DTBS DT - Tic Tac Toe

Morning! 

A new challenge over at Dare To Be Sassy today which is Tic Tac Toe - Link is HERE 

So, we would like you to use any 3 in a row off the board - Board is below.

I went for the top line of Flower, Spider/spider Web, Spooky Fence. 

 Here's what I've come up with, 

Using Wicked Honey - Image is HERE 

I've layered her on to silver spider web card, die cut a fence out and added flowers where I've twisted the stems up. Wicked Honey has been coloured using Promarkers on Linen effect card. I love the effect you get. Sentiment was off line but I think it's prefect for a little witch :)

The black spider web in the corner is also die cut.

Monday Greetings DT - Halloween Party!

Hello everyone! 

I was AWOL last week, my pc decided to not play ball and I had to reinstall everything! 

Luckily I lost no photo's or files or anything... Phew! 

Anywho's, back this week with a great challenge over at Monday Greetings - Link is HERE

I really struggle with Halloween cards as here in the UK, we don't really do much for halloween. It doesn't seem to be a big holiday like it is everywhere else. 

I went with a CAS card as I wanted the greeting and image quite predominant. Had to get a bit of twine in too! :)

My Time To Craft DT - Halloween

Good Morning! 

A lilly late from me. In my haste of rushing out the door, I forgot to publish my post. 

This weeks challenge over at MTTC is 

"Halloween"

Now I don't usually do halloween but I did have this digi stamp from Make It Crafty. 

After colouring her in, I now love her! I wanted to keep the card CAS and make the image the main focal point but with the emphasis on the "Be Spooky" sentiment that I've added googley eyes too. The sentiment was printed off the computer. 

Looking forward to all the halloween creations!

So this Halloween card is being entered into 2 challenges:

1. Paper Play - "Use Black" 
2. Papertake Weekly - "Spooky Hues"

So I've used my new Gorjuss Girl stamp and coloured her in using promarkers in the halloween colours of purple, black, orange and a little grey. 

The "boo!" has been cut out using an alphabet die. Can't remember the name of the die off the top of my head tho lol.

I'm also kind of loving these scallop cards at the moment too! they are really effective tho and the size is just perfect! :)
