Snow Ponies

It's snowing here again (not looking like a good winter for us!) Pretty much all my clients are holding off one lessons unless they have indoors. It's a big hit financially, but at least Mike and I are getting to spend a lot of time together.

This afternoon, I brought the camera when we went to feed Dancer. Despite living with a four-horse run-in shed and having open access to the barn, all three of my horses were outside, happily eating hay. Even the thoroughbred has grown a great winter coat. Everybody was fluffed up, warm to the touch, and not shivering or tail clamping. Huzzah! I'm hoping to keep all three of them blanket free this year. Fingers crossed!

Anyway, have some photos of Ozzy and JR. Dancer was inside, eating his grain, so I didn't get any of him. Whoops. Next time!
