Feeling Sketchy Sketch #248

It's  November and we have a new sketch for you at Feeling Sketchy Challenge Blog today.

Here is my inspiration card:

And here is the sketch, made by Bev:

I found a background paper with a circle of flowers and used it instead of a circle of words. Instead of the flowercluster I used a digistamp from Fred She Said, Christmas Pointsetta Lantern.

I used a die from Scrapmagasinet for my sentiment and put it together with my digistamps.

In the middle of the circle I stamped  a verse from a noerwegian christmas carol.

You have until November 30th to join us over at Feeling Sketchy Challenge Blog.

I punhed out some small butterflies and scattered out on my card.

I've used the image Oliver and Olivia and colored it with Prisma color pencils.

I made a notebook this time. I used some leftover papers, and had to use two different ones to get the front covered. I used the Zutter Bind-it-all to bind it.
This notebook is already in use by me in my work.

I used some wood veneer for the embellishments on this.

I used different flowers, some leaves, a wood veneer butterfly and some half pearls as embellishments.

My sentiment says "Have a great birthday".

I made my cardbase gatefolded and put the image on 3D-pads for some dimension.
As you can see my sentiment is fastened on the image.

I've used there stamp Scene it Ladybugs, and colored it with Prisma color pencils. This time I printed it out on kraft paper.

As you can see I made a different opening on this card. I folded in the right side a bit and used a punch on the end.

Feeling Sketchy sketch #219

It's time for a new sketch over at Feeling Sketchy Challenge blog today.

IKEs ART
Cat Lovers’ Challenge : http://showusyourpussies.blogspot.gr/

The prize for winner: $15 to spend in digi store  IKEsART

I've used the precolored image Geranium Pot and printed out two of it. One of them I fussy cut the pot and the flowers. The pot is placed on 3D pads in the middle and the flowers are placed on a double 3D pads for even more dimension. Both on top of the first printed image.

I stamped my sentiment on a scrap piece of white cardstock and made it stand out. Here I haven't used any foam or pads under it in the middle.

I finished the card with some half pearls in the corners and scattered around.

Using precolored images is fast and easy and I love to give them dimension by cutting out one or two and put on top of each other.

Come join us at Feeling Sketchy for this sketch challenge.
