Honesty Heart

I've made this anniversary card with a heart die I won in a challenge last year and some lovely design papers I won a few weeks ago.

To make this card I used:
     6" x 6" white linen card blank
John Next Door 'Honesty Heart' and Poppy Stamps 'Celebrate' dies
AALL & Create 'Spectrum Splash' papers
Snippets of white linen card and purple pearlescent card.

I trimmed the white linen card so it was slightly smaller than the card blank and die cut the floral heart from the centre before layering it onto purple pearlescent card and attaching the panel to the front of the card blank.  I die cut the heart from the 'Spectrum Splash' paper and inlaid the pieces into the front of the card.  To finish I die cut the sentiment from another snippet of purple pearlescent card and attached it to the lower part of the heart.

I am entering the following challenges:
A Cut Above - Anything Goes
As You like It Challenge - Favourite Main Colour (my favourite colour is purple, closely followed by deep pink, these are my favourites both for crafting and my clothes!)
Crafty Calendar Challenge - Love is in the Air
Daisy Chain Challenge - Something New (I have used my new die set and DP papers)
     Pearly Sparkles Challenge - Hearts

Celebrate

I made this anniversary card using lots of snippets.

To make this card I used:
     6" x 6" white matt card blank
Spellbinders Nestabilities 'Classic Hearts' and Poppy Stamps 'Celebrate' dies
Snippets of white matt card and Lili of the Valley 'Antebellum' paper

I trimmed the white card so it was slightly smaller than the card blank and die cut the heart from the centre before attaching the panel to the front of the card blank.   I attached the snippet of Antebellum paper to another snippet of white card and die cut the heart - this was then inlaid into the panel.  I die cut 'Celebrate' four times from more snippets of white card and once from the bottom of the Antebellum paper.  These were layered and then attached to the bottom of the heart.

I am entering the following challenges:
     Allsorts - Anything Goes
As You Like It Challenge - Favourite Cardbase Shape (my favourite is 6" x 6" square as I can use large dies but still keep the card CAS)
Crafty Calendar Challenge - Anything Goes
Love to Scrap - Anything Goes
     Snippets Playground - Challenge 490

Two Hearts

I made this card for this week's Allsorts challenge - although I wish I could now stop humming 'Two Hearts'!

I cut a piece of card slightly smaller than the card blank, rounded the corners and attached it to the centre.  I die cut 'Celebrate' from red mirri card and attached it o the lower edge of the card.  I die cut the hearts from both red mirri and red pearlescent card - inlaying the pearlescent heart inside the mirri heart.  The larger heart was attached to the card front with the smaller heart attached with a foam pad on top.

To make this card I used:
     6" x 6" white hammer card blank
Creative Expressions 'From the Heart - Female Relations' hearts and Poppy Stamps 'Celebrate' dies
Whie hammer card, snippets of red mirri and red pearlescent card

I am entering the following challenges:
AAA Cards - Along the Edge
Allsorts - Inspired by a Song (I chose Two Hearts by Phil Collins)
Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes With Dies - December Challenge
     Perfectly CAS - Celebrate

Wedding Carriage

I made this card for the A Gem of a Challenge 'Wedding Anniversary/Wedding Day/Engagement' challenge (I've chosen Wedding Day), the Poppy Stamps Challenge 'Anything Goes' and Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge Anything Goes'.

Card blank: 6" x 6" white matt
Image: Lili of the Valley 'Wedding Carriage' Mini Masterpiece
Die; Poppy Stamps 'Celebrate'
Card: Red pearlescent
Other: Wink of Stella

I used the largest pre-coloured image from the Mini Masterpiece sheet and as the image is so beautiful I decided to keep the card very simple.  I die cut 'Celebrate' from the lower edge of the image before layering it onto red card and attaching it to the card front.  I die cut 'Celebrate' from red card and inlaid it. To finish I highlighted the flowers and bride's dress with a Wink of Stella.

Celebrate

I made this card for the Cuttlebug Mania 'Tic, Tac, Toe' challenge (I have used Rhinestones, Sentiment, Purple).  I'm also entering Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge 'Anything Goes'.

Card blank: 7" x 7" white silk
Image: Lili of the Valley 'Party and Cake' Art Pad
Dies: Poppy Stamps 'Celebrate' and Spellbinders Nestabilities 'Wonky Rectangles'
Embossing: Kars tan embossing mat
Card: Purple matt
Paper: Tattered Lace
Other: Clear rhinestones, Wink of Stella

I trimmed the paper to a square, layered it onto purple card and attached it to the card front.  I die cut and embossed the pre-coloured image and attached it to the left side of the card.  I die cut the Celebrate twice, layered them to give depth and attached the sentiment to the lower corner.  I added rhinestones to the top and bottom corners and highlighted the image with a Wink of Stella.
