Frosty the Snowman

It's time for another challenge at Winter Wonderland and our theme is 'Use Red and Green'.  We are sponsored by Dr Digi's House of Stamps who are offering the winner two digi stamps of their choice.

Christmas Owl

I resized the owl and sentiment and merged the images with Word before printing them onto white card.  The panel was trimmed and coloured with Promarkers before being layered onto red mirri card and attached to the card front.  To finish I added a Wink of Stella to the owl's candy body and hat, the cupcake and snow.

With Love on our Anniversary

I made this card for my OH for our wedding anniversary - which is today!  I'm entering the Imagine That Digistamp Challenge 'Anything Goes', the Cardz 4 Guyz 'Clean and Simple' challenge and the Bugaboo Weekly Challenge 'Anything Goes'.

I resized the coloured swan digi and added the sentiment below before printing onto white card.  I trimmed around the image, layered it onto deep pink and grey card before attaching it to the card front. As I had used the coloured image I added a Wink of Stella to the bow tie and flowers to lift the colour.

I resized the tree and sentiment digis and merged them in a Word document before printing onto white card.  I trimmed the panel and coloured the tree and baubles with Promarkers.  The panel was layered onto purple pearlescent card before being attached to the card front.  To finish I highlighted the star, baubles and sentiment with a Wink of Stella.

I resized the digi and printed it on white silk card.  This was trimmed and coloured with Promarkers before being layered onto red mirri card and attached to the card front.  To finish I added white Fun Flock to the hats and highlighted the candy cane, holly and bauble with a Wink of Stella.

Poinsettia

I resized the pre-coloured digi stamp and printed it onto white card.  This was trimmed, layered onto red card and attached to the card blank.  I then highlighted the quote, poinsettias and leaves with a Wink of Stella.

Winter Wonderland Special Tribute Challenge

I resized the digi stamp and printed it onto white card and then embossed it, ensuring the poinsettia was in the centre of the oval.  I trimmed the edges and coloured the image with Promarkers before layering it onto red mirri  and attaching it to the card front.  To finish I highlighted the poinsettia and pine cones with a Wink of Stella.

Snowman Trio

The Christmas Cards All Year Round challenge has returned after a short break and I'm delighted to join the Design Team.  This month we have an 'Anything Goes' theme and we are sponsored by Imagine That Digis by Kris.

I layered pale blue paper onto red card and attached it to the card front.  A strip of darker blue paper was then attached to the left side of the card.  I resized the image and placed the sentiment below it before printing it onto white card.  This image was trimmed, layered onto red card and attached to the card with foam tape.  I added Card Candi (to the upper and lower corners - I don't know the name of it, but it's holographic which picks out the blue and red in the card).
