Another of my quick notecards (I do like to keep a few of these in my card box) and this one has been made for the If You Give a Crafter a Cookie challenge (I was inspired by the cat and the colour pink). I'm also entering A Gem of a Challenge 'One for the Girls/Ladies' and Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge.
Card blank: 6" x 4" white matt
Image: Lili of the Valley 'Lili's Die Cuts Kitties'
Stamp: From the Heart Sentiment Stamps (magazine freebie)
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black
Card: Black matt
Paper: Lili of the Valley 'Heartfelt'
Other: Pink enamel dots
I trimmed the pink paper and layered it onto black card. The kitten was already die cut but had a thick white border so I fussy cut leaving a small white border around the edge. I put the panel into my MISTI and laid the kitten on top so I could line up my stamp. After removing the kitten I stamped the sentiment onto the paper and then attached the panel to the card front. I shaped the kitten and attached it with Pinflair glue down the centre to give some dimension. To finish I added three small enamel dots to the top corner of the card.

Upcycled Teddy
I'm trying to use lot of bits from my 'I'm sure I'll use it one day' drawer and found this cute image that I had saved from a birthday card. I'm entering the Gem of a Challenge 'Breast Cancer Awareness' challenge where pink has to be the predominant colour, the Crafty Calendar Challenge 'Dots and/or Stripes' (I've gone with the dots option on my paper), and Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge.
Card blank: 6" x 6" white pearlescent
Image: Upcycled birthday card
Dies: Spellbinders Nestabilities 'Standard Circles Large' and 'Classic Scalloped Circles Large'
Embossing: Kars tan embossing mat
Card: Grey pearlescent
Paper: Lili of the Valley 'Butterfly Kisses;
Other: Wink of Stella
I layered the dot paper onto grey card and attached it to the card blank. Although the image was already cut into a circle, I die cut and embossed it to make it slightly smaller. This was layered onto a grey die cut and embossed scalloped circle and attached to the centre of the card. The letters and flowers on the image were already glittered, but I added a Wink of Stella to the teddy for an extra sparkle.

I have used my last snippets of red and green card so I'm heading into the playground at Pixie's Crafty Workshop. I am also entering the Alphabet Challenge 'U for Use Something Red', A Gem of a Challenge 'Anything Christmas Goes' and Crafty Friends 'Merry Christmas' challenge.

Snow
This month's Christmas Cards All Year Round challenge is 'Anything Christmas / Holiday' and we are sponsored by Bugaboo.
I'm entering this card into the Merry Monday 'Masculine Christmas' challenge, A Gem of a Challenge 'Snowman/women' Allsorts 'Anything Christmas' and Christmas with the Cuties 'Anything Cute and Christmassy Goes' challenge.
Card blank: 7" x 7" white silk
Stamp: Bugaboo 'Christmas Words - Snow' digi
Die: Cheery Lynn Designs 'Smowflake Set 2'
Colouring: Promarkers
Card: Bronze pearl, white silk
Paper: Lili of the Valley ''Twas the Night'
Other: Crystal Stickles, Wink of Stella, Maroon nailhead
I trimmed the strip paper, layered it onto bronze card and attached it to the card front. I resized the digi stamp and printed it onto white silk card. This was coloured with Promarkers to match the backing paper. The image was trimmed to the width of the stripe paper, layered onto bronze card and attached across the centre. I die cut a snowflake from bronze card, attached it to the top corner of the card and added a maroon nailhead to the centre. I added a Wink of Stella to the hat bands and Crysal Stickles to the snow.
