My sister, mom, Lione and Jesse arrived in Vegas last Saturday, I have a house full of people and we have been in and out of town, here are some photos we took recently....

December 8. We arrived in San Francisco late afternoon and snapped a few photos on my walk around the neighborhood, Union Square.

don't get me wrong, mom wasn't unhappy, that was just her PHOTO FACE! LOL!

We just got home late last night from San Francisco but we are leaving again early tomorrow morning for Yosemite National Park, so I guess I won't be here much unless the internet speed is friendly to me at Mariposa, CA.

My sister and Jesse got here yesterday, and then my mom and Lione got here late last night, Clare and Jared also here, we have a house full of people, I am so busy and that's the reason why my post for OBW is late today.....

I got my Christmas decorations for the house up last week, and just in time to take some pictures...

I'll start with the corner by the steps upstairs

and here's the mantel, I am going with blue and silver this year

The christmas light decorators for our neighbor wanted to charge nearly a thousand dollars for our house, I refused to do that and bought some ornaments for 50 bucks and a string of light for like 6 dollars......

My intention was to show the vintage tea plates I found at the thrift store.....

and I realized that I didn't take out the price tag, so it looks kind of ugly....

so I turn it over to photo the back, LOL, just kidding....

I caught this at the convention center in April, it's a functional vehicle taking people back and forth to the convention center in Las Vegas.....

We had a little space in our home ....

that we both like a lot ....

it is our backyard!

I took this picture just 2 days ago, we actually had rain that day, which is rare.

we put in the fountain in our little space about 16 months ago....

we love that fountain a lot.

Our little Papi also has his own space at home too .....

he goes there when he doesn't want to be disturb.

TRAVEL

 I love to travel.....

I used to live in my suitcase....

hubby would say, how do you feel like going to Paris next week?

and then I just put the clothes I need in my suitcase, the rest of the stuff are all in there...

after we moved to Las Vegas, we cut down a lot of the traveling because we love it here, it is just hard to leave, and when we are away, we missed home so much....

and after we got Papi, it is even harder to leave....

now I only want to do road trip (if possible), so I could take him along! : )

as you can see, my camera is in the picture, so I actually took this photo with my Iphone, and do a bit of editing with photoshop.

This time of the year, everywhere you go, you'll see pumpkins gather at Hotels, grocery stores, malls etc.

I took these photos at The Plalazzo in Las Vegas

I was using my cell phone because I didn't have my camera with me

they are not that bad after all, don't you think?

I happen to have the next few on my computer..... even though it was taken 2 years ago at a Cracker Barrel at St. George, Utah

I didn't grow up here in United States, so I have not been to a pumpkin patch, but I bet they do gather their pumpkins and ship them to the stores because I am seeing them all over the town now, that makes me think if I need to buy a few just for decoration?

The reason we moved to Las Vegas is mostly because of the weather. It is always sunny here, 9 months  of nice weather and 3 months of hot weather in the summer. Our winter is mostly in the 50s, that is pretty nice and we do not have snow, however, I can see snowcap looking out of my window in February...

no winter boots and winter jacket needed in Las Vegas.

the place is so wide open and we could see miles away when it rains

it was totally dry where I am taking this photo

it hardly ever rain though, we are in the desert!

our fountain did freeze up over night in January, but that was only overnight, it all melted when the sun came out the next morning

so..... this is our weather here in Las Vegas, how about your part of the world?
