I hardly have a second post in the same week these days, but I have to make a last minute birthday card so why not look for some inspiration from....

The guest bathroom remodel project took about 3 weeks, it was done and I finally got some photos to show....

we started this project because the bath tub has some crack lines, but one thing leads to another, we ended up adding a new sink and counter top, put in new tiles, paint the cabinet....

putting in new toilet and add beads board to the wall as well... 

new lights, new mirror, took away the medicine box and add new shelf.. haha... pretty much change the whole bathroom.

 

it cost us much much more than we wanted to spend but everyone loves the new bathroom, so I guess it is worth it when everyone is happy right?

Alright, here's another thing that makes me happy!

It's been a while since I last make a 12x12 layout, I am finally back in routine after all those traveling, here's one for....

I don't think I have a lot of layout with fall colors, but here's my take on this beautiful fall palette....

I picked a dark brown cardstock for my background and then start working those fall leaves around....

 the sentiment die is from MFT, I absolutely love it....

Project Life 2016 ~ February 18 - 29

Project Life 2016

February 18
 Lione and Mom are going back to Singapore tomorrow. Lione and Papi had been spending a lot of time together, Lione took him when he goes jogging, he bathe him and dry him, they are going to miss each other a lot. 

February 19
Sending Mom and Lione to the airport! : (

February 23

Taking Papi to the dog park is always very relaxing for me, happy to see him run free, and happy to be alone with Papi! Times like this, I feel peaceful and calm.

February 24
Now that the guests are all gone, it is time to clean up all the guest rooms, washing sheets and towels.

February 26

Had a new hair cut today, my usual hair stylist forgot about the appointment, since I was already there, I use a different person instead.

February 27

The Limo convention is coming next week, so DH has a lot of dinner appointment with the vendor, we had buffet at The Wynn this evening.

February 29 
Today I used the Madeleines baking tray I bought from Daiso, SF and make yummy French Madeleines, I used Martha Stewart's recipe, it was good!

Project Life 2015 ~ December 22 to 31

December 22

 I just want a relaxing day after all those road trips, so we just stay at home and play some card games.




December 24
It is Christmas eve, and opening presents is the fun part of the evening!



 
 


December 26We did a bit of shopping today.
I was quite sad when Clare and Lione had a little fight, it just bring a lot of stress when they don't get along.






December 28
My sister and Jesse supposed to fly to LA this evening, but the flight keep pushing back, we sent them to the airport and waited for hours, finally was told that they will be leaving at 11 AM so we left, but an hour later, she called to said that flight canceled, the airline put them at South Point hotel and the next flight is 2 days later! : (


December 29
We picked my sister and Jesse up after lunch, they get to stay for 2 more days with us.
Today was so cold that the flowers and the little fountain at our front porch freeze.

 
 
 

December 30
Since they have a few extra day, I took my sister and mom to Red Rock Canyon.

Sis and Jesse finally get on the plane this evening, to LAX and then connect to the flight back to Singapore.

December 31
We went to Korean BBQ with Mom, Lione, Dolce and Ming today, and then to Bellagio for the musical fountain and conservatory garden, dinner was hot pot at home.


 

Dolce and Ming will be flying back to NYC for school tomorrow, we took some funny picture with Papi.

I am finally done posting my Project Life 2015, YAY!
