it was so frustrating that I haven't been able to get my new house organized, let alone craft room, but I was thankful that I have a few scrapbooking kits laying around

City Crafter Challenge Blog Week 424 ~ Sketch Pad

It is final, we SOLD our current house yesterday, and officially set a date to move to the new place, I am starting to feel REAL now, oh yes, we are moving!!!

I am going to get my DT work done this week and then all the craft items is going into boxes.

We are MOVING!!!!

The past few days, we feel more sentimental about this house, our Lone Mountain behind the backyard.....

We will still have mountain view at our new place, but from the distance, we are going to miss you Lone Mountain, we had so many parties at this backyard, everyone just love YOU, bye bye, Lone Mountain!

At Scrap Challenge YOUself this month, they are pairing up with Scrap it with a Song, so my layout is based on this mood board from Scrap Challenge YOUself....

and May "pop song" at Scrap it with a Song, the song is "Best Day of My Life" by American Authors

I am picking up the spring colors, yellow, green, blue as well as the lovely bloom from the mood board......

and I am using the title of the song "Best Day of My Life"..... I watched the video posted at Scrap it with a Song, the scene was in New York City, I saw Brooklyn bridge in that video, and here we are, standing in front of the New York City Skyline.....

This is the last project for Pixie August Kit "Picnic Basket", how about a Masculine card? we all need them once in a while don't we?

I think I should follow the foot steps of Pixie Lauren and make a Masculine card out of my Pixie Kit every month.....

without the girly frills I always have on my card, this masculine card is "post" friendly too, it doesn't need the big padded envelope....
